Customer service has declined since opening! Took my kids to get slushes and was told they were not blending at this time, not sure it’s because they were lazy or they just don’t care about customer service. Unfortunately with so many different options, I will not be returning to this location.

Yikes! The StrawMatcha milk tea recipe needs some work. Ordered the drink expecting a strawberry and matcha milk tea. Instead got some dirty green, thick, pulpy, mushy “milk tea”.

milk tea is generally better than most places and they have more options for non-milk tea lovers. Overall, great option for soft boba and authentic (not fake-tasting) tea!

They pretend they aren't there if they don't want to take your order even though you can hear the mic.. We went and the drive through sign was on but they did not respond to us calling out despite the fact we could see them through the window. Maybe it's because we went late but it was before the last 30 minutes otherwise I wouldn't have went at all. Very frustrating none the less, Id rather them just say they aren't taking orders anymore then let you sit there.

I really want to take time and appreciate this business. Hello Boba made my daughter’s birthday super special! All the workers are so pleasant. The drinks are amazing & it was my daughter’s idea to have a small birthday party here & let me tell you-it was a hit!!! The owner is amazing with customer service & you can tell they care about every detail about their products!! My favorite Boba spot hands down!! I will always be a customer!

Taro Coconut Milk Tea is a must have here. Service was quick and the employees were very informative. Atmosphere is great with plenty of seating options. Definitely will come back again.

10/10 experience, Nice employees, Amazing large Vietnamese coffee boba with condensed milk and extra boba!Dietary restrictions: They have plently of options for people with diatary restrictions.
Asked for no ice and still got ice, paid for extra toppings and didn’t get any toppings, took 30 minutes to make 2 drinks. All of these were on the labels but they still got it wrong

This family owned shop is my first foray into boba and they've been so patient and caring with my picky kids and me offering samples for us to try, and giving us an idea of what the flavors are that they offer. My daughter absolutely loves the taro milk tea with mango pops and I love the brown sugar milk tea half sweet with the honey boba. I've met both the husband and wife owners, talked to both each visit, gone on random times of the day, and have never had a bad drink or bad experience. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
