Some of the best food at a bbq trailer I’ve ever had! My favorites are the brisket smash burger and the brisket sundae, you have to try both.
I can't recommend Hickory Heat high enough. The food goes without saying - it's fantastic. I'm recommending Hickory Heat because they are great guys. I was in a bind to cater an event, I was lucky to find these guys. They saved my bacon, that's for certain. I can't thank them enough. Absolutely wonderful help.
Holy smokes ! Tried the brisket smoked pizza and brisket chili. Off the chain !! Amazing food and owners ! Definitely a must try!
