Customer service is one of the best around, but they also are personable and truly appreciate and love their supporters. OMG! So f’n good! Probably the ribs I’ve ever had (but will need to try a few dozen more times to confirm). Kenneth clearly takes pride in his food quality & customer service. Only wish they were open more often & longer hours. Tough to plan on picking up dinner in the early afternoon—before they run out.

Jersey Adam in Texas (with Chunky&Lunky), my 2 Bears ? here. I’ve been here to this truck a couple times now. This time I went out of the box and as a heavy pizza critic, and I’ve been to the best, I’ve never had quite the experience of a rectangular flat bread bread hickory smoked, wood fire “Brisket” pizza with other toppings. They do not cheap out on the meat, and threw me some surprises that I was totally stoked by. An original pizza experience like no other. They actually asked me if I want to let it smoke longer. Being in no hurry I said “yes” ☑️??. Three of the nicest guys= Justin, Kenny, and Jeff. Real Texans doing bbq on a “Proper”. With all the options in Texas for bbq, these guys have been my favorite and the best. FM982 Food Yard, Princeton near the Exxon (Gilbert’s). Next time will be a giant burger that they actually add there brisket into the ground beef, and giant loaded baked potato??Yum that sounds good. I ate everything before I can take a photo. Also, Ribs=??Gotta get there early because they sell out quickly.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(5)

Best barbecue around and the owner is awesome! We love hickory heat! We’ve had several of the items (brisket sandwhich, brisket nachos, brisket baked potato, brisket pizza, and rib meat pizza) and everything was amazing! Highly recommend!

Some of the best food at a bbq trailer I’ve ever had! My favorites are the brisket smash burger and the brisket sundae, you have to try both.

I can't recommend Hickory Heat high enough. The food goes without saying - it's fantastic. I'm recommending Hickory Heat because they are great guys. I was in a bind to cater an event, I was lucky to find these guys. They saved my bacon, that's for certain. I can't thank them enough. Absolutely wonderful help.
Holy smokes ! Tried the brisket smoked pizza and brisket chili. Off the chain !! Amazing food and owners ! Definitely a must try!

It's the best food I've had in Texas. It is a must try! You cannot go wrong with Kenneth and Justin. They are the best at what they do and they are always allowing you to try bsfore you buy. Wow, man...Truly wanted to support Kenneth and taste his bbq...Drove out to Princeton today, Friday 13, 2022 and arrived around 11:20 am. Not open, no signage saying they were closed, delayed or whatever. Hutchins got my business this time.Not a deal killer for the future, but danged disappointed as the website shows them open today. We understand unforseen situations, however this can hurt your future.J P in McKinney, Texas
