Food was really great. I ate every drop, there was so much flavor. Service was ok, I felt like the individual serving me was really short with me as if I interrupted something, by walking in. The atmosphere was calm.

We have really enjoyed this restaurant since it opened! Best service, clean, and warm atmosphere. The ramen and appetizers are so delicious. The broths are very flavorful. So happy to have a good quality ramen place in McKinney! Thank you.

Good food. Lots of types of ramen and the 4 I've tried so far have all been good. Also enjoyed the crab wontons, edimame, and sushi rolls appetizers. The teas have been good as well.Staff is friendly.

Second time eating here. Food and service was great. They were short staffed the second time around but service was still on par considering. Really love how our dragon rolls were presented.

2/11/24 - I never ever been to a authentic Ramen Noodle Restarunt Before... I finally went the very first time and i gotta say... it is Really Good!!!! Hokkaido Ramen House is amazing!!! When you walk in it looks empty but it is better like that anywayz lol. The Staff are Very Friendly and Respectful! They give you the menus and you choose! The Chicken Rich Soup is my All Time Favorite!!! It tasted like Ramen Noodles Chicken Flavor with meat n bokchoy! The Cost is not bad price wise! Portion of Food they fill it up :) :) and they do have to go plates if you can't finish you food. I hope there is a Location in Florida because i want to go again!!! This place is worth it and i Recommand Everyone come here and Try it out!!!

Our family loves Hokkaido so much! This is the best ramen place around. Their ramen is authentically delicious. Especially the tantanmen and the beef ramen. The staff is super friendly and attentive. We are very fortunate to have them in our community!!

This was worst restaurant we have ever been to. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to operate as a restaurant. This was the first time I’ve eaten at a sit down restaurant and didn’t leave a tip.To start, we ordered the chicken karaage and this is when we should have known this was going to be a horrible experience. It wasn’t chicken karaage at all, rather fried chicken chunks. Japanese chicken karaage should have a light batter that is almost flash-fried. This was a deep fried piece of chicken. Which would have been fine if the chicken wasn’t RAW!!!!! I thought it tasted weird, so my wife bit into it and she spat it out right away as she noticed the chicken was completely RAW!!! in the middle. We told the waitress and she informed the chef who didn’t really offer an apologize. He offered to remake it, but we were disgusted at the thought of trying it again. My wife and I both got ramen dishes and we got pork buns for our 1 year old. The pork in the ramen and in the buns was AWFUL!! The pork was thin, hard, and tasted spoiled. The eggs inside the ramen were at least a week old, as there was strange discoloring and an awful taste to them. Even the bean sprouts were brown and tasted spoiled. I had a beef rib and it was annoyingly obvious that the rib was very old. It was cold and tasted far from fresh. This place is serving old food to their customers without any concern for their wellbeing. If you get served raw chicken you’d think that the restaurant would go above and beyond to make amends. This seemed to be a common issue because the waitress didn’t seem phased by what we told her. Maybe all the food was spoiled because they were using leftovers from the week prior (we came the day after the new year), but this is still inexcusable.Long story short, we left all the food on the table, left no tip, and went to Braum's to eat dinner. This place should literally reconsider their business practices. And don’t serve people spoiled and RAW!!!!! food. Also, did I mention they served us raw chicken?!
