We all got our food while child kept waiting for fries for more than 40 mins.When complained to the manager, he just rudely apologized and insisted that the gratuity WILL stay regardless of the terrible service.Restaurant must understand that it is in US and provide the service of comparable standards

This place NEVER disappoints! The service is quick, efficient and staff is very friendly and nice. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh when it comes outI've seen the owner many many times pretty much on every single occasion doing the work right alongside everyone else and also asking the tables if their service was goodI would give them 10 Stars if I could, because it's so difficult these days to have consistent food quality and service

Visited this place during our visit to Dallas. The ambience of this place is family centric and casual. We were greeted by the team members and we felt welcomed to this restaurant with their great service. They offer variety of vegetarian options. Difficult to choose but we ordered paav bhaji and shri khand puri from their specials.The quality of food was good and the quality was great too. But it’s just the taste that was missing from being authentic. Being married to an Indian, I have eaten these dishes many times in the restaurants and in home. Paav was good and buttery but bhaji missed the original taste and tasted more like mashed potatoes. Sheikh and was creamier in texture but it missed the tanginess and spices like nutmeg that is there in typical Shrikhand.But nevertheless, if you are not adamant on original and authentic taste you should visit this place for their fresh food and quirky decor.
