We came last Sunday for my son’s birthday with a party of 12, although they don’t take reservations they were very accommodating, we got a table with no problem. Although the food was amazing the staff and managers were even more amazing which means more to me! Very friendly, family oriented and personable. I tipped 15% at check out but they definitely deserved more. We will be back and with a bigger tip!
I promised to do this so I will. We have been huge fans of Hutchins BBQ for several years now. In fact we have tried to find a place around our new home in North Austin to even compare. We have not. However, this visit, we found less sides than we remembered since our last visit. We ordered brisket and spicy sausage. The brisket was fine but the sausage was not. It had cheese that had a funky texture and was very unpleasant. The server asked if she could replace it with something...
I used to eat here on a regular basis before covid and then we moved to Colorado and I just came back for the first time since.
I miss the days when they had unlimited Burns for under $25.
