Best chaat in DFW ! Chole bhature were on point, and chicken curries and biryani was very authentic. Owner seemed super attentive to all the tables. Highly recommend if craving for some proper North Indian cuisine !

Food was excellent and the only reason the service wasn't 5 stars was because only one guy (we thought he was possibly the owner) was working the entire front of house. He was struggling with 3 tables but he was getting it all done, just was taking a while to get it done. The atmosphere is really cool, take time to really look at it.

We went for dinner and absolutely loved the food! We had veg pakodas, chole bhature, paneer lababdar and dal makhani with naan, lassi, coffee and it was absolutely amazing! The taste was very homely and delicious. The ambience was great and the music (old Indian classics from bollywood) just added to the overall experience. The owner was very friendly and did everything with a smile on his face! I would highly recommend. Planning to get catering done for our next event from there.

My family and I have been coming to Indian Kitchen since it’s opened and it’s safe to say— it’s my favorite restaurant in Mckinney! Now we’d never tried Indian food before, but I can tell you that this place is absolutely delicious and an amazing introduction to the world of Indian cuisine. Our favorite dishes include the butter chicken, chef’s chicken curry, dal tadka, and bombay chicken biryani. I adore the raita and garlic naan for sides as well. Out of this world flavor, freshness, quality, perfect portions and just the right amount of spice. Every time we come in, we’re greeted by the owner who is simply the sweetest man, prepared to make sure you have the best experience. You can tell he takes great pride in his business. His wife is the chef and she is simply amazing at what she does. It’s always spotless. The wall art is very beautiful! They’re always making improvements to the set up. Recently, they updated the menu to include helpful descriptions as well as vegan/allergen labels. Please be patient as it is a small family business and there’s usually only 2 people serving, but trust me it is worth a little wait! One of the best treats here that we’ve experienced was coming in on Mother’s Day to an exceptional tray of delights. It included a sampling of different more “home style” foods as the owner explained. Simply outstanding! I can’t wait until they bring it back. I implore you to support this amazing establishment, you’ll probably see us there!

First time eating there yesterday. I ordered Chloe batura and the dish was very tasty and flavorful. Finally I have found a good North Indian restaurant.

I’m a huge Indian food lover & this was one of the best I’ve ever had in DFW.The service was great and the staff were very attentive, fast and nice.As for the food, wow! Super delicious. We got the samosas, and they were cooked to perfection. We also got the biryani and butter chicken with rice + naan. All of it was just DELICIOUS with a massive portion & lots of meat.I highly recommend! Will definitely come again.

My GF and I have struggled mightily to find an Indian restaurant that we like, which is strange given how plentiful they are in Dallas. The food here was excellent (finallly!) and the service was extremely friendly. The chef is the owner and the husband her manager. We will drive the 45 min. from Oak Cliff to eat dinner here.

Visited for the first time recently. Service was attentive and helpful, especially in guiding me to menu items I'd most enjoy. Tried the Chicken Tikka Masala and I found it to be really flavorful and spiced perfectly to my palate. Just slightly spicy without overpower the underlying delicate flavors. Portion was ample and I was really happy to have enough sauce for the rice and naan. Though arguably not traditional I tried the cheese garlic naan and really enjoyed that too. Small family business it seems, I passed my compliments along to the owner and everyone was really welcoming and friendly.

We eat here often and the food and service is great. The Chiken Masalla is pretty awesome, and both the Regular & Garlic Naan bread are fantastic. The staff is great and we really enjoy it. It tastes authentic to when I used to eat this food in Southwest Asia.

Great chaat place. We visited as a group of 16 people. Ambience, service and food was great. The owner and staff were courteous and friendly. Food was fresh and tasty. We ordered Bombay bhel, papdi chaat, samosa chaat, Chole battura, panneer pakora, mixed veg pakora, chicken kebab and Dhaba chicken biryani: All the items were tasty and good. Great place with great food. Will definitely visit again.

Such a great experience! We came in for Father's Day lunch with our four kids. On Sundays, the owners offer a vegetarian or meat-option for a set meal, not the regular menu. The owner consulted with us to see what our kids would enjoy, and then send out trays for each of us with a great assortment of foods. My husband had the meat option, and I had the vegetarian. There were five or 6 little samples of dishes with a couple of breads and chutneys/sauces. This was so fun, because we got to try new things we wouldn't typically order. Everything was fantastic! The owner checked back with us several times to make sure we were enjoying everything and the kids had plenty of food. He explained that his wife is the chef, and every Sunday they try to change the dishes to feature traditional dishes from all around India. We can't wait to go back and try more!

Delicious food that deserves a high rating. I've tried several other Indian food places here in the north east Dallas metroplex but this is my favorite by far. I ended up getting 3 orders to go and am happy that I finally found a quality place. I spoke to the owner and he was super nice. I'll be back when I'm in town. Thank you!!Vegetarian options: Tons of veggie options if that's your thing.
