Five stars for this Jack in the Box location! My orders are always spot-on, hot, and freshly made every single time I come through. Consistency matters, and this place has it down. Whether I’m grabbing breakfast or something later in the day, the food comes out fast and perfectly prepared. The team clearly takes pride in getting things right, and it shows.
The drive-thru is efficient, the employees are friendly, and I never have to worry about checking my bag before I leave, the order is always exactly as I requested. I had a mobile order and when I picked it up and arrived home, I got the wrong burger and there was something plastic inside my taco. So many issues with this jack. I called them so many times and no answer.

I went through the drive through and got the munchie box. I asked for no mayonnaise on my sandwich but what was on it when I got home a bunch of disgusting mayonnaise. Now I'm here upset and hungry. Then you call and nobody answers the phone. You respond with a web address that doesn't work at all.

#778 jack in the box in the nation! junior is so pleasant and so knowledgeable about the menu. He is very patient and he’s always cordial and helpful. I had the new twisted soda and meat lovers croissant and it was delicious and fresh. The staff here are amazing and Junior is one of the most polite people in the industry.
