The workers clearly don't want to be there. They are all rude and act like you are bothering them ordering food. The food is cold and sometimes not even cooked all the way. I DO NOT recommend.

Food was great. It's the best Jack in the Box I have had as an adult. Most JITB you can taste that the grill is too hot or the oil is old. But that's the expectation for cheap food. The bathroom was surprisingly clean. The trash was overflowing and no tp on the holder or accessible nearby. I had to go to the counter and order it like fries.

Placed order mobile. Was told to pull to second window. Then a lady comes to window and says we are out of lettuce is that okay. I say no its tacos. And mobile doesn't do refund what can you do to make me happy 10:15 in the morning. She then says let me talk to my manager. The manager comes and says we have lettuce pull around and no one in drive thur but me. I pull around and I am the only customer for 10 minutes from the time I placed my order in drive thur.

Tonight I'm reminded why I stopped eating at this location and started going to the one in Allen. The grease you cooked your tacos in must be old and the tacos are extra greasy, they have a bad after taste. The egg rolls are over cooked and you didn't provided the sweet and sour although you claim you did. Y'all never have everything that's on your menu. Now that I have that reminder, I will continue to go to the jack in the box in Allen. The food is always on point there.
