I went through the drive-thru on Sunday, September 28th around 3:45 p.m. and had a very frustrating experience. Both my car and the one ahead of me sat waiting for a long time. Eventually I went inside to confirm my order, only to find out they never even took it at the window, despite having an exchange at the speaker.
The employees I spoke with appeared extremely disoriented and unprofessional: her speech was slow and behavior gave the impression they were not fit to be working at that time.
If the microphone wasn’t working, someone should have come outside to let customers know or at least posted a sign. Instead, we were left waiting with no explanation. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

This place is slower than molasses. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for one medium sized smoothie. Put your money somewhere else, like Tropical Smoothie Cafe; they give you double the size of your smoothie and you won’t be waiting forever and a day on your order.

We had a gift card for Jamba Juice and a special offer for Aunt Annes, but had never been to the former. We lucked out as this location had both. Though we had a bit of an issue using one of the apps, the ladies inside (Kyra and Anniyah) helped us not, only with that small hiccup but took care of us despite the small rush and an extremely difficult customer using very colorful language. They handles things with grace and efficiency, making up for any mishaps faced. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and with us being first timers, they (as well as the food items) even got a thumbs up from the little man himself. Wonderful teamwork ladies.

Stopped in for a quick smoothie and pretzel dog bites for lunch. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and the staff seemed friendly!
I will definitely be making this a new weekly lunch spot due to the quick and kind service :)

the wait time is too long they take their time. one small basic smoothie can take up to 15-20 minutes. everything is overpriced and doesnt do the same orders as it says on the app. dont waste your time and money here, theres no seats either except for one table
One star because I have to. Stopped here after work. Mind you I'm not in a rush I'm on the way home. The car in front of me takes forever to order. Won't knock that could be their first time. Tail end of the order read back I hear pretzel dog bites and those sound good. So I drive up order my razzmatazz and pretzel bites she says it'll be 5-10 minutes for the bites. No thank you are the cinnamon pretzel bites ready? Yes they are cool I'll do those. Drive around and do they move the car in front up knowing they have to wait 5-10 minutes and the person behind them has an order that is a) already made and will take 1 minutes to blend? No. So I should have got the bites because you were gonna make me sit there until car 1s order was made anyway. What is this service. 15 minutes in line just to drive off cause where is the sense in this. Like everyone else said this location will be shut down soon. Bring back the Stacy and 75 location instead they knew what they were doing. This one makes me wanna be a smoothie King member and I love JJ

A smoothy place doesn't open until 10 makes no sense but I went by anyway and waited 15 minutes for them to open at their posted time of 10am. They never opened... nobody is there. This location will likely close. Go to the one on Spring Creek just east of 75. Great employees and quality.

I try to avoid this location. Waited 20 min to order and another 15 for my order. Two guys were playing on their phones while the girl worked alone. Both smoothie tasted awful and had to throw them out. Try to call for a refund and could leave a voicemail or speak to anyone.
