Can’t go wrong with the Italian ice! Inside was clean. Service was not good. Feels like she didn’t make an effort at all.

Never greeted, wrong order on 3 separate occasions in 1 week! I will not be returning. I understand in 2024 employees have the privilege to use their cell phones, however it is never Ok to completely ignore a customer to remain on their phones! How does it take 4 employees to assist 1 customer? Answer: they don't. The young Manger stood on her cell phone while the other 2 stood there and looked at me and said nothing! I had to ask if I need to go through the drive through to get helped or can someone take my order?! Then I get a medium mango ice with chocolate speckles of someone's else's order contaminating my mango! Wtf. People don't understand these days without customers=no jobs! The last time I ordered a medium ice mango, I get a small mango gelati. My sin doesn't eat vanilla soft serve and that is not what I ordered. I informed the employees working and they said sorry about that, please pay $4 and change. Like money and time is free to blow? How about focusing on the customer and getting the order right? It doesn't take a Phd to make a cup of ice. The manager on her phone all day is a representation of the owners and lack there of. I'd rather drive from McKinney to Lucas for better service and the right order everytime.

My kids' favorite ice cream place. I like their ice cream. The service is average. Bunch of kids, I'll trained working there. I still go there because the kids like their ice cream

The treats and service are great. It's probably best to avoid eating inside though. The place smells like it has a sewer problem and for the love of God, please fix the blown speakers. The music sounds worse than how the inside smells. Maybe.

Updating my review from years ago because of how much it has gone downhill.

Experience today:
Waited at the drive thru, no one came to the window so I thought it was closed. As I started to drive away I saw people inside. Ok, so I parked and went in. Placed my order, part way through making it they realize they don't have vanilla ice cream (which was in two of our three items).

I opted to cancel my order and the "manager" (who was sitting by the drive thru window the whole time, ironically) couldn't have cared less.

The whole place is falling down.... Screens don't work, smells funky, music playing over blown out speakers and now machines don't work.

And then I had to return home to my excited kids empty handed which is the most frustrating part of all.

Franchisee burn out, clearly, I expect they'll be out of business before too long - sad to see!

the proportions are so good and the ice cream isnt too sweet 10/10. They have plenty of options

Great place for all types of ice cream-like desserts. I got a medium Oreo Mud pie for $6.29 and it was so good. I almost didn’t finish it, and it was overall great. Will hopefully be going back!

I used to love coming here for Italian ice. The gelatis were my favorite. The last two times the ice was so grainy and unappetizing. I literally had a mouthful of little white particles after each bite. They were like little hardened shortening particles. Such a disappointment. I thought the first time this happened was a fluke (July 4th). But it happened again tonight and was worse. I miss the smooth, juicy Italian ice!

The strawberry shortcake with watermelon instead of strawberry was so Good!! Fast friendly service and yummy

They had the best store manager who gave us good service and was incredibly patient even during closing hours!!
Ps: ice cream is sooo good
