I'm from NJ and this was my first and last Jersey Mike's experience! Cheap a skimp! Crap meat! OK, few hours later pains in my stomach started and was was tied to the crapper all night. As I said, I'm from NJ, South Jersey. A bridge ride from Philly. In south Jersy, the sub is called a hogie! It is made well and packed! The food isn't out for display and exposed to make you sick

This is a good location to go eat. Easily seen and accessible from the road. Accessible friendly though the accessible parking is a little ways away from the store but that's the shopping center and not the store's fault. Parking is okay but leave something to be desired due to lack of parking spots around the shopping areas and lack of proper accessible parking lot. Store stays very clean and the staff are very attentive. Bathrooms stay clean and when they're not busy so does the dining area. It can get a little dirty when they're busy but we're talking lying almost to the outside of the door kind of busy.

Beware of this location. The management is poor and the employees have an entitled attitude. I typically don't leave reviews, but since this has happened twice, I wanted to inform other customers. Both times, I used the Jersey Mike app to order food for delivery. However, my order never arrived. The first time, I called and the manager on duty assured me that a refund would be issued to my card, but it never happened. I didn't follow up, so I take some responsibility for that. Then it happened again. This time, I requested to speak to the manager, but instead, I was directed to a Team Lead. This person refused to provide their name, claiming they didn't have to. I simply wanted their name because they said they couldn't resolve the issue with my missing meal. When I asked why, they blamed DoorDash, saying it was their responsibility. I questioned how DoorDash could be responsible when they rely on the restaurant to provide the correct order. The Team Lead responded with, "why is it my responsibility?" Eventually, the Team Lead agreed to speak with their manager and promised a refund when they had the chance. They also mentioned how difficult it would be to email DoorDash for the refund. Unfortunately, I haven't received any contact from anyone regarding either of my purchases, and I'm now out an additional $30.

Just went in for a 64 and the guy said it's a 10 minute wait and that I came in at the wrong time. I guess the employees can't cook multiple orders at once. This is why I don't come to this store. Nothing but bad problems here. The other mckinney store is so much better.
