I ordered a California sandwich it comes with avocado and bacon. I stated no bacon. I asked for mayonnaise, Well, no avocado was added. It was the manager that took my order and got it wrong. This location was under new management-I suggest listening and pay attention to the customers wow taking their orders.I will not be going back to this location.

I hadn't eaten at all today and decided to grab a sandwich from this store. I came in and the atmosphere was very friendly! Jorge made my sandwich and made me laugh a couple of times. I had a great time there and the food was very good. Definitely coming back next time I don't feel like cooking!

The veggie/ cheese sub was weak! Only 3-4 very thin slices of cheese , you can do better than that! There was no layers there. Being from Jersey, this not a Jersey sandwich! This is the second time this happened!

I would like to give a shout out to the 3 young employees that always greet me with a smile, confirm every detail with me about my order, and hand me my food with a smile.
I have been a regular here now for about the last year and Red, Corrine, and Quan (Q) are fantastic.
I’d also like to give Red a special shout out for his attention to detail, he remembers every single time and every single customer. While I was checking out, Q asked me what sandwiches I had and before I could answer, Red let him know.
In a time where there is limited customer service and limited kindness in the food and service industry, coming here is a breath of fresh air.
Kudos to these young adults for doing a fantastic job.

This JM branch is terrible. They should have their JM franchise revoked. Ordered 1 regular with extra meat and cheese and 1 regular veggie with extra white american cheese. There was less cold cuts and cheese than other locations give in a regular let alone paying for extra. Second time this happened at this location. Gave it a second chance thinking it was a one off -NO. They are cheating their customers .
