Jet's Pizza

The service was good, but when I made it home my pizza tasted like it had been sitting there for a while. The bread was hard, it just didn’t taste like a fresh pizza at all. 😔

Tried Jets Pizza for the first time today. Let me tell you, it definitely lived up to the Hype. Got a large deep-dish veggie pizza, and it was perfectly crunchy in every bite, just the right amount of sauce, and the turbo crust is to die for! The service was great. I spoke to a young woman, I believe her name was Kate, she made the experience amazing, helped me choose what would be best for me, and was overall just nice. Which is hard to find nowadays in fast-food restaurants. Thank you so much for making my experience amazing. It will definitely be my pizza spot forever.

I’m originally from Detroit and have been ordering Jet’s Pizza since childhood. We’ve also been loyal customers of this specific Jet’s location since its opening week and have ordered at least monthly, including for parties. Unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely disappointing, particularly in regard to customer service and service recovery.

I placed our order through the Jet Bot, as I usually do. At the end of the order, the system asked if I wanted to add extra cheese. I selected no, and the pizza was made with no cheese at all. We didn’t realize this until we got home to Melissa, about 20 minutes away.

I immediately called the store and spoke with a young woman who is the co-owner. I explained what happened, and she said she would remake the pizza only because the order was placed incorrectly through the Jet Bot, and advised that I should order directly with the store in the future.

By the time we noticed the issue, one slice had already been eaten before we realized the pizza had no cheese. We returned the pizza to the store, hungry and after driving another 20 minutes back. Despite acknowledging the error, she stated that because one slice was eaten, we would need to pay half price for a replacement pizza — even though the mistake was not ours. She also would not release the remade pizza until payment was made.

The interaction was cold and unapologetic. When we finally received the replacement pizza, it was also incorrect, as it was missing the turbo crust. When this was pointed out, there was again no apology, and it was clear she just wanted us out of the store.

My husband and I are business owners ourselves, and this is not acceptable customer service or proper service recovery. We were loyal, long-term customers, and this experience has left us highly disappointed. Sadly, this location has likely lost our business.

Jet’s Pizza didn’t just deliver food, they delivered emotional support. The crust was so thick and crispy it could qualify as structural engineering. One bite in and I forgot about all my problems, my responsibilities, and at least one password I was supposed to remember.

The pizza was hot, cheesy, and unapologetically greasy in the best way—like it knew exactly why I ordered it and wasn’t judging me for it. The square slices make you feel fancy, like you’re eating pizza with a degree in geometry.

Bonus points because it still tasted amazing the next day, cold, standing in front of the fridge at 2am questioning life choices. Jet’s understands me.

Jet’s Pizza at 3700 McKinney Ranch Pkwy consistently delivers great Detroit style deep dish. The pizza is cooked to perfection in their well seasoned pans, giving the crust those signature crispy, cheesy edges and an evenly baked center. The barbecue chicken pizza is especially good flavorful, balanced, and perfectly cooked.

Customer service here is excellent. Staff are friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in what they do. The store itself is always clean and well maintained, which shows in the quality of the food. You can tell they care about their process, from the kitchen to the counter. Solid spot all around and highly recommended.

Food is ALWAYS AWESOME! We've made this are go to for those nights when cooking isn't an option! Store is clean and fresh and employees are very helpful and welcoming!
