Jungle burger used to be very good but with the new management this establishment has lost its atmosphere, food taste and quality. I wish they revamp this place and improve food taste and service. Please learn from Aga restaurant in Houston, a benchmark in service and food. Aim for high standards in atmosphere and food.

my third time eating here & the food has been exceptionally below average every time. ordered a chili cheese dog which took over 30+ minutes to make & quality was bad. there was no chili cheese it was just ground beef with shredded cheese put on top, also the bun used for the hot dog was dry & cheap quality.. i’m sure i’ve seen this exact bread being sold for $2 at the grocery. the man taking our order over charged us and when pointed it out he said he would ONLY refund if the kitchen didn’t already start prepping the item but if they had already started prepping then he would NOT refund us since it’s on the bill but we had clearly told him we only 1 of the item he over charged for when placing the initial order so why should the customer have to pay the price of YOUR mistake. also many of our fries were burnt/over cooked & just a btw for anyone thinking to get a side of onion rings it’s +3.50 up charge for about approximately 5 onion rings. on a positive note, the rest of my family did enjoy the burgers but the service & this experience is definitely enough for us to not recommend this place to anybody else & never return again.

Asked for cheese fries w nacho cheese n they put regular cheese and put it in the microwave it seems...can't even pull them apart because they r so hard, tried to add ketchup to help w the taste but that doesn't even help...burger was great but never ordering cheese fries again

Went to Jungle Burger Mckinney today for iftar as it was a last minute plan being on the road. First red flag was asking for pre-payment over the phone when I made the reservation. Ignored it and went ahead - when we got there, the Manager did not entertain the price posted on FB Dallas Halal Buzz page of $19.99 per head stating that it was an older post - Fair enough. The food was sub-par, and half the time the dishes were empty being re-filled in long intervals. When I gave my feedback along with other customers that the pricing was misleading, and even at $24.99 it’s not worth it and would be posting my feedback online but I’d rather let him know ahead of time - his response was ‘Go ahead and then see what my Team does to you’.Who threatens a customer ? What kind of restaurant owner/manager is running this joint ? This place is a joke.

Took my family to Jungle Burger for lunch today, nothing short of amazing! The food was awesome! I had the bacon, egg, and cheese burger. My wife had the grilled chicken salad, and the kids had chicken nuggets and coconut shrimp! The burger was fresh and tasty! I 100% recommend Jungle Burger for a nice meal for any part of the day!Parking: Open parking lot!Kid-friendliness: Very safe and friendly environment.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an accessible sidewalk right in front of this location.

The food was low key bad, and the service was ab terrible because I told them that I didn't want any mayo on my burger and when they brought it to me it had so much mayo on it and when they took it back they were complaining about how I asked what all came on the burger and one of the toppings were mayo and I said no mayo and it would have been fine if they were whispering but they weren't my and my friends I was out eating with heard them clear as day, it was just a bad experience when eating there I was also my first time eating there

Poor customer service very rude. After making my order wrong they continued to yell and speak on the issue as well as to complain about me the customer when they made the mistake, I tried recommending this place to others but will not like to eat here again due to their comments and attitude.I was also charged for a large drink and then they continued to give me a small.

I see the vision, but poorly executed. The meat was dry and tasted like you can make this at home. They offer a variety of burgers with unique names and flavors, however, they did not succeed. Their burgers do not have cohesive flavor instead, just ingredients piled on top of each other. It was disappointing. We had a guacamole and hawaiian burger, at first glance it sounds appetizing. Unfortunately, it just tasted like a regular burger with a pineapple and guacamole on top of it. The bread looked like it came out of a package—not toasted or buttered. The loaded nachos were regular chips you can buy at the grocery with dry meat, cheese, and jalapeños. That was $10!If you are offering creative names for burgers, I want that to reflect the flavor profile of what you’re serving. There was nothing special to it and for $10? That’s unreasonable. We had high hopes for this spot but we’re never coming back for mid-grade food that’s tasteless, overpriced, and unoriginal.Total we spent was $40.
