Not happy don’t use grubhub here the drivers do not deliver everything you order . When you call customer service of grubhub they do not give the whole refund never again!!!!

I don’t know why this location can never get my delivery order right.. they always forget something if not multiples of my items… also my food was cold this time… no more chances to give… they need new staff
I placed an order for pickup via the app, on Feb 20th 2025, cause I was craving some crispy KFC chicken. The app informed me it would take longer to prep bigger orders. I was alright with that cause totally understandable. Prepping fresh food takes more time depending on the amount. The order was ready on time, awesome. Why in the world do I pull up at home and this chicken was not crispy but rather soggy and tasted like old chicken that was reheated. Had to straight out throw the entire chicken bucket away. Filled out their feedback form day of, never heard back though they said I’d get a call back within 48 hours. Opened a ticket with their customer service and they keep saying higher ups from the store will be calling me. Three days in and no call backs, no updates from these higher ups on the case number when I reached out to check.
This experience has definitely ruined KFC for me.

I believe you guys need to hire more people.This was unacceptable. They were only taken drive thru orders and I had a online order placed and I was waiting there for more than 40 minutes. In the lobby they had well over 20 people waiting.Just to place there orders this. This KFC definitely needs to get it together and re-evaluate.Their workers and hire more people unacceptable

Today's experience was not the norm. Order it online via the app. The chicken tenders seem to have been freezer burned. The biscuits were old. Was very disappointed today with the food quality.
The service when I went in to pick up the food was fine. Staff was friendly.

My experience was dumb. The young black hard working cashier was killing it. Handling many customers and complaints and didn't have time for me (waiting at register to order) I understood because he's working. Drive thru guy on the other hand didn't have anything to do the drive thru wasn't taking orders and just stood there. didn't ask me if I had been helped yet. I finally see the kiosks to order on. Proceed to wait 15 minutes for the chicken. That's fine I like fresh food. I don't like drive thru guy having zero customer service and then bringing the police to the sleeping homeless guy (who had a fresh plate of food by the way. That's a customer to me idk about you guys) he didn't even stink. Idk it really ruined my dining experience. So much for mikes hot honey being the reason I finally went to KFC. This was a largely anecdotal experience but just download the app if you want to wait less.

The guy at the window did a little apple pay jingle for us and its stuck in my head, it was awesome. Great service, perfect attitude, exactly what i wanna see in stores.

Drove up after having problems at 2 other locations in the same day. I was assured they had original recipe. They took my money, then told me they didn’t have enough original recipe for my 12 peice. I grudgingly accepted some “crunchy” mixed in so I could get on with my day. Got home and they gave me double mashed potatoes and no Mac and cheese. Ridiculous. Idk KFC. Do you need to pay more so that you can get better employees? Need to hold yourself to a higher standard.

I placed an order 10 minutes ago and buy the time I get here they are telling me to wait 7 more minutes because they don’t have the crispy chicken ready. They don’t know why people order online. Obviously because they are in a rush and don’t wanna wait for their food to get ready.
This is 2nd time they doing this to me and I had to report it here so y’all know what’s up
