There were like 3 people running the restaurant during dinner. Can't run a skeleton crew and have good customer service. It took a while to get food and they forgot my drink. At least the food was decent when I got it, but I'd rather go somewhere with better customer service.

I never raised my voice and she turned and started speaking to her coworkers in Spanish. I was the first one here and now have been waiting almost 20 minutes for my order.

Every table was covered in sauce or crumbs. Trash on floor. Staff didn’t even greet us for 10 minutes while they talked in back gossiping. The drink machine was sticky. The kiosks were greasy. This is the WORST kfc I’ve ever been to.

I was sorely mistaken.
The chicken is so wet and soggy with wet breading everywhere. And why are so many of the bones broken?!

Not only is the chicken soggy as I don’t know what 10/10 I came in and ordered the #1 2 piece Chicken With fries Not only did I not get my fries which I was excited for I get the usual half spoon portion of mashed potatoes and a waffle with syrup. I didn’t want nor asked for waffles stop trying to force that bullshit on people I Would’ve went to Roscoe Chicken and waffle if I wanted This. Honestly I loved KFC at one point, but y’all get worse and worse everytime Definitely will not be back

I placed an order on the app for pickup tonight. When I got there I was told my order would take another 2-3 min and also told me to go around the drive through one more time which I did. Now at this moment the couple cars that were behind me got in front of me. When I made back to the window the lady told me they were out of chicken. I was told the cars in front of me got the last few chicken and tenders. Good job KFC, for skipping the line, messing up the order. Now the response from the lady was to either cancel the order or come back tomorrow. Wow. Excellent thoughts. Thank you.

As my wife and I approached the entrance, an employee was preparing to enter. He stopped and held the door for us. Once inside, we were treated like old friends to come to visit. Fast friendly service.

Ordered a bucket of chicken and the bucket was full of grease. I didn’t ask for dark meat only but only got one piece of white. Asked for mash potatoes and received coleslaw. Won’t be going there again.
