Every time I order here it's no less than 15 - 30 minute wait at the Drive Thru. It's not because they are cooking the chicken. The chicken I received was at least 60 minutes old. And I'm always short a piece. It's four pieces. Why do I only get three? Even my 3 year old can count to four.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Don’t let the laxness of this message not show how “upset” I really, this is beyond not okay.

I went to the drive thru on Fri evening, 11/21/25. The girl in the window had no idea what she was doing, and apparently my card was working & not working, it was approved but wouldnt print a receipt. Still don’t even know what happened. Instead of being up front about they weren’t real sure what was going on, so I could just go on my merry way & get food somewhere else, I got charged 9 times of $11.18

9 times.
I sat in the drive thru for 45 MINS to get charged 9 times, then for the manager on duty, Latasha French, reassured me “the money would go back on my card”, very adamant…
Still today, Wed 11/26, I am fighting with my bank to get my money back.

Definitely one and only time stopping at this KFC/Taco Bell. Do better, no wonder there’s on 2.8 stars.

Morning of 11/26 - I called the store - spoke to a new guy that said the manager was at the bank & to call back later.
Called back later, once the phone answered, the clerk said the manager was too busy cooking in the back to come to the phone, they ended up hanging up on me. I called back twice, got hung up on both times.

Corporate is now involved. This is ridiculous

Myself Arsene and my friend susanth, came here on a busy afternoon, even with the rush we got our food in less than 2 mins, and amazing service, the cashier Xavier Peten J, helped us with everything, and he honestly made the experience better than just eating the food. Great guy, he deserves a raise.

The service at this location is horrible! I have picked up 15-20 orders at this store for DoorDash. Not 1 single time, was the order ready when I arrived. It is usually at least a 10 minute wait. Today the order took 30 minutes! The worst of it is, multiple times, I have been waiting standing at the counter, with other customers waiting, and all the employees are BS’ing in the back and nobody is checking the counter. If nobody happens to be at the drive thru, you will completely be ignored.

I visited this KFC (2920 W. Eldorado Pkwy, McKinney, TX) through the drive-thru on 10/25/25. After receiving my order, I checked my bag and noticed one of the soft tacos was missing. When I politely informed the staff, Latasha M raised her voice and accused me of lying, insisting she made the food herself and nothing was missing.

Regardless of how busy the night was or how short-staffed they might have been, that’s no excuse to speak to a customer disrespectfully. Mistakes happen — it’s how they’re handled that matters. Very disappointing experience.

Do not order here if you ever want any sauce, they just simply won't give it to you and give you attitude if you ask if they put it in the bag.
Bonus points if you're bold enough to order through a delivery service: never any sauce, and pretty much a luck of the draw if you get even 70% of your order.
The franchise owner really needs to step in here.
A complete turn over of staff needs to happen here, they do not show compassion to customers at this location and don't care if you get the food you ordered.
Forget even thinking about napkins or plastic ware lol. Better have that at home or keep in your truck if you travel for a living

So bad every single time I come here, I don't know why I even try. Who hires the people that work here? The worst fast food place anywhere! Super filthy, employees aren't working, they won't help at drive thru, I saw some doing drugs in parking lot. Does KFC know what's going on at this location? Close it down already!

Just your standard KFC restaurant but mixed with a Taco Bell menu, convenient location but understaffed, same person manning the main register and drive through so if coming inside it's hard to get some service.
