This is truly a hidden gem in town with amazing Cali-Mex food! I've been in McKinney for 5 years now and never even noticed an operational food truck behind the gas station. Tacos were delicious with their own individual flavor. Elite was good, too, but I could have gone without it. Be ready to wait for your food, but it's worth it!

First time to visit this place. We had the elote & Birria Tacos. Everything was great. With the temps in the high seventies it was a perfect day to sit outside and enjoy the Tacos.
We stopped in on a weekend afternoon and ordered the Carne asada tacos, churros, and the elote (traditional and hot cheeto). It was all delicious and very reasonably priced. The employees were friendly as well. It did take some time to receive our order, but on the positive side, that means it is made fresh to order. The hot cheeto elote was our favorite item.
