Came in a little bit after they opened, the ladies were in the back and didn’t even acknowledge us. They saw us and saw we were standing there waiting for a while but they didn’t say anything at all. We ended up just walking out.

We been coming here since 2018! Have tried the elote en vaso, fresas con crema, mangonadas and all the paletas and ice cream flavors. Everything is always fresh and delicious. The place is clean and I have always experienced great customer service.

The staff is rarely friendly, the prices go up more every day and for anything they want to charge you extra, today I went to buy a medium corn and they gave me the glass almost half full, I would have been better off buying a small one🙄

I came in for hpt food after a long day of work I waited for service over 5 minutes and was skipped over as soon as next person came in line they didn't have to wait 5 seconds ...I do believe it was racially motivated because i dont share same color... I'm an Army veteran and fought for my rights and freedom and also fought for the rights of others but to get treated as if i was black in the 1960s eating at an all white establishment is against the law I feel if you want to be racist or prejudice and only want to deal with your own kind of people you shouldnt come to a diverse country and bring your hateful ways,what would virgin Mary say about this? If they want a store for Mexicans only they should consider what it would be like to have stored that didn't allow Mexicans it's enough old racist white people but I can't imagine Mexicans would be racist to blacks also rather Dominican or african decent TREAT PEOPLE FAIRLY OR LEAVE

I came here with my girlfriend because we were craving some tostilocos and a mangonada. We saw someone else order a mangonada and they recieved a cup with layers of chamoy, tajin, and the mango ice cream, which looked bomb, but when we ordered the mangonada they only offered us the version that was just a stick in a cup and we had to specifically ask them to add chamoy to it. I was very dissapointed when they almost handed us a cup of frozen mango juice with a stick in it.

When you serve me, the young girls do their job well but the older women serve you reluctantly and place the orders to their liking, not to the customer's.
I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS PLACE FOR MANY YEARS I BROUGHT MY CHILDREN WHEN THEY WERE LITTLE ABOUT 8 YEARS AGO...I ALWAYS HAD A VERY GREAT TREATMENT BUT TODAY IT WAS TERRIBLE I ALWAYS BRING A LOT OF SNOW TO MY HOUSE I LOVE IT IN 32 OZ GLASS AND I COMMENTED TO ONE LADY WHO WAS BUSINESS OF CARRYING TWO 32 OZ GLASSES TOLD ME THAT IT WAS 12 AND I TOLD HER THAT'S PERFECT AND I TOLD HER THAT IF HE COULD GIVE IT TO ME IN SEPARATE 16 OZ GLASSES SO THAT THE SNOW WOULD NOT MIX BECAUSE IT WOULD HAVE TWO FLAVORS, HE ALWAYS CARRIED IT LIKE THIS AND THE THE LADY WHO SERVED ME WENT BACK AND CAME BACK AND TOLD ME THAT THE PRICE WAS ALREADY RAISED AND IT WAS ALREADY COSTING 13 AND THEN I TOLD HER THAT IT WAS GOOD I THOUGHT MAYBE I DIDN'T KNOW WHY THE MANAGER SPOKE TO HER AND TOLD HER AND SHE WAS ALREADY ATTENDING ME AND AFTER NOTHING RAISED THE PRICE TO 16... BECAUSE I CARRY IT SEPARATELY AND I TOLD HER BECAUSE I HAVE ALWAYS CARRIED IT LIKE THIS... AND THE LADY REMAINED QUIET AND THEN SHE STARTED TO REFILL THE 16 OZ GLASSES AND ONLY PUT 4 VOLITES IN ME I DID NOT CRUSH EVERY GLASS SO THAT IT FILLED THE GLASS WELL, I SPENT ALMOST 50 DOLLARS AND ALWAYS BEEN A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER I KNEW THE OWNER FROM WHEN THEY WERE GIVEN AND IN FACT I GAVE HER PARENTS A JOB BUT I THINK SHE NEEDS TO BE A LITTLE BUT BECAUSE THE LADY WHO HAS BAD PAINT ON HER SKIN WAS VERY BAD, THE TRUTH AT THE TIME I WAS VERY BAD

Prices are incredible going up, but snacks and dishes are small, my ice cream was melting already since served and the lids doesn't match the cups for the large flavored waters!! Sticky cup all way long back home???.

What a horror it could be said that I go daily to buy but what unpleasant experience I just had with a stupid working area there I always buy the same thing for such a price and now I would like to charge me 2 dollars more and lendigo give me the complete best and he answers me As if it were for money, I didn't buy it in full, when it's because I didn't finish it, horror, I'll never go again even though what happened to them, they lick their fingers and that's how they serve, they put their fingers in the fresh waters, I think I'll call the city like that. is
