We eat at LC at least once per week. The food is always good and the prices are great. This location has the least helpful least professional staff out of any location I have ever been to. It's just not an enjoyable experience to even do a quick pick up because the employees seem so miserable and like they just hate the world.

A coworker and I came in today to get lunch for the office it was around 1:30-2pm. I ordered first, I ordered a cheese pizza and pizza bites. They were both ready. While my coworker was ordering I was checking my food, it looked like the pizza bites had been sitting in the warmer for a hot minute. The box was covered in grease…. My coworker ordered pizza bites too, but the cashier said it was going to be 10 mins as there was none ready. Ok no big deal. I asked the cashier if I could get my order at the same time as my coworker, so mine wasn’t getting cold. He said no problem, he put it back in the warmer. It was 23 mins later by the time my coworkers food was ready. We walked back in after waiting 15 mins to ask and they said a few more minutes. No problem. My complaint is that when my coworker got their food my order was sitting off to the side, because they restocked every slot in the hot and ready’s. Of course I opened my box and saw the pizza was nasty at this point, I asked for a fresh pizza at least and the young boy said I would have to wait another 10 mins. Which I know was a lie. They basically refused to give me something fresh. The pizza bites already looked nasty and old when I placed my order, but I wasn’t going to wait another 10 mins for fresh ones, after my coworkers got their food. I thought we would all get new fresh pizzas. When we walked in the hot and readys warmer was about completely empty, upon leaving it was fully stocked. The cashier saw us walk in together and talk to each other the whole time, why would you give me an order and think I would want to hold onto to for that long of time.the cashier should have held my order until my coworkers was ready so both of ours was fresh. Major turn off, don’t know if I’ll be back!
The reason for 2 stars is because the young boy actually knew how to count money and give me back correct change and that’s rare for todays kids!

They should put responsible workers who have time to answer the phone, I have dialed several times and they don't answer and they are supposed to call at 10 pm and they dialed an hour before and nothing

Ordered several pizzas. 3 of them were delicious. Just like we ordered. 1 was a custom and not made as ordered, but good pizza.
