Little Caesars Pizza

This location went downhill when the new ownership took over a few years back. They screw up orders, argue with you if you ask for resolution, and refuse to refund when the mistake is theirs.

If you value quality and customer service, you would do wise to avoid this place.

First time in more than 30 years to have Little Caesars and there’s a reason why…it’s not even as good as oven pizza. Yuck!

Deep Dish is way underrated. Way better than Killa Pie in Prosper.

Don't order delivery! I ordered delivery on the Little Casers website for "ASAP", paid and only then was I given the arrival time for 1 hr 45 mins later. I immediately called the 1-800 number and asked to cancel the order or convert it to pickup and was told there was no way to do that. I was also told that it probably would be delivered earlier. 1.5 hours later the driver is texting me saying the location can't find the order and that he has never seen it so crowded with angry customers. We call the store directly, they can't hear over the customers in the lobby. Finally they find the order and say it's been ready for an hour but they didn't update the system. Got the order exactly 1 hrs 59 mins later, which means no reimbursement for waiting two hours for pizza because it was delivered with 15 mins of promised time. Don't order delivery if you need the pizza before a certain time.

Little Caesars never disappoints! Their pizza is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The crust is perfectly crispy, and the sauce has just the right amount of tang. I love their Hot-N-Ready pizzas for the convenience—no waiting—just walk in and grab a box. The prices are unbeatable for the quality you get. Plus, their Crazy Bread is addictive! The staff at my local Little Caesars are always friendly and efficient. Highly recommend for a quick and tasty meal!

Someone needs to taken the reins and actually fulfill their Hot-n-Ready ads. I haven't seen more than 2-4 crazy bread/bites ready to go without a 10+ min wait in months regardless of the time of day/week.
