Exceptional customer service!Exceptional LoYo burger seasoned & cooked to perfection!I ordered ToGo but I walked out without the side of sauce that I had requested. A server named Kiwi made the effort to run out to the parking lot to catch me and deliver it before I drove away. THAT is the culture of service at all Local Yocal businesses. Well Done Local Yocal!

Service was amazing!To start, the smoked onion dip was AMAZING!I’d recommend the BBQ sampler, possibly sub the ribs as these were severely overcooked and dry. The mashed potatoes were bomb and yellow mac and cheese with the brisket was great!The greens beans were mid.Would NOT recommend the banana pudding pie.

I’ve been here twice and neither time disappointed.Pros - The salmon dip was really good as well as the BBQ sampler platter. The Mac and cheese is nice and creamy. The chicken fried steak and steak is yummy. The first time I went, the service was impeccable. So much so I bragged about it before I took my dad the 2nd time.Cons - The baked half chicken was not good to me. Hardly any flavor. The 2nd time I went (3/16/24), the service was mediocre.I recommend this place if you are wanting to splurge and treat yourself!Kid-friendliness: It’s a higher end restaurant but if you have well behaved kids it’s welcoming. They had a coloring sheet for my daughter.

The place is awesome, their menu could use some improvements.
First time to the restaurant. Food was great. Service was awful. No one checked on us after they delivered our drinks and food. I had to get my husband a refill on his water. no one seemed to check to see why I was getting my own refills. The table next to us got refills and didn’t bother to see if we needed refills or even get our waiter. Even though we are sitting there with nothing in our glasses. The right thing would be to acknowledge us. Food was good. But too pricey for the awful service we had.
I love this place so much. The lunch service was amazing under the guidance of Matt. You just have to go and try it to understand why I love it som much. Perfectly flavored meat. Condiments on point. The best smoked pastrami I've ever had.

Messed up my steak, they did apologize and fix it but didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience of not eating my meal with my party. They also did not offer a steak knife with my steak. The food is good, but may not be back due to the experience.
