I usually have good experiences with LJS, but yesterday was the exception. The employees were fine, but the food was NOT GOOD!! It was the first time I didn’t finish my meal. I didn’t get sick, but had horrible heartburn later on. The fish breading was nasty, and the waffle fries were stale.

As a Muslim we thought it would be alright to order fish only. It is not. Chicken and Fish are fried in the same oil, and we learned that the oil is actually animal fat. NOT SAFE FOR MUSLIMS. Thank you to the staff at the McKinney location who held off on making the order, and explained this to us.

I want my order remade or something done about this. I ordered 5 pieces of fish on Wednesday around 2pm . one extremely Burnt so bad all the others tasted burnt as well and not fresh . Terrible. I couldn’t even eat it I had to throw it away. Waste of money. Please respond to this so I can get a new order FRESHLY made and not burnt please.
Customer service is just direct. Not welcoming and NOT friendly. Did NOT make eye contact with me before asking me what I wanted and what else. I Thanked him twice after he took my order and money, yet I got zero response. I do not want to do business with a company that clearly does NOT WANT My business. 😒

Just came through the drive thru tonight and the staff is incredibly rude. The person taking our order kept rushing us and there was no one else in line. Then the lady at the drive thru kept giving us dirty looks and literally didn't say a word. Customer service is non- existent here. Go anywhere else. Don't stop here.
