Burger was good, but for $15 it was the size of a McDonalds dollar patty. Still hungry. Also, I asked for pickles and paid to add onion strings and didn’t receive either. Meat was good, but should be like a $6 burger. Guess I’ll have to go eat a second meal somewhere else to actually get full.

Burger restaurant just of the square in downtown McKinney. We ate on the dog friendly outside patio. Burgers and fries were great. Waitress was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

The ingredients seemed fresh and high quality, the atmosphere is nice, but whatever chef designed the menu screwed them. EVERYTHING that should be savory, tangy, spicy, is just.. sweet. My 14 yr old daughter lifts weights every morning, does boxing every day after school, and then rollerblades most days for relaxation. She eats like a horse (8 TACOS for dinner last night). SHE left half her bacon cheese burger.. My other one took 2 bites of her chicken sandwich, made faces and left it. I ordered the spicy one with grilled jalapeños and it too was sweet. I tried everything on the table and it was all overpoweringly sweet. I like smokey grilled flavor meat, tangy mustard, and crisp dill pickles, the recipes here are the opposite of that. If that's your thing, go for it, but this isn't for me. I'd only go back if they scraped the menu and let an adult put those ingredients to good use
Burgers are very good lemonade is very good I prefer crispy fries these are a little loose and

I going 5 stars for now as this was our first visit. Really good burgers though a bit overdone, full bar, and good tap/ale selections. Not very crowded so we go to enjoy sitting at the bar having dinner and a drink or two. I am sure it is much busier during the weekends (we are residents of downtown) as well as when the Union Bear opens across the street (part of the 33 group that Cadillac and The Yard are part of). As it is self service, you have to order at the bar area so I see that getting a bit much if crowded...

This burger joint is amazing. Been a few times now. When you first walk in its nice and open layout. You order at the bar (very nicely stocked bar) and everyone taking the orders is super friends and helpful. Burger are made with quality ingredients and taste is 10 out of 10. Oh and don't get me started on the soft drinks.... so delicious. The price beats 95% of all other burger places like it with service that blows all the others out the water. Could eat here everyday and never get tired of it. If you want a really good place that serves incredible food for a very reasonable price then this is your place.

Breakfast Burger was to die for. It was a little too well done, but was delicious nonetheless. Let's talk about the loaded cheese fries. They were too underdone and the cheese appeared to be slices of American cheese. Not good.
Parking: It's downtown McKinney, so it can be a challenge.
