Was not open even though multiple signs and the website says they’re open from 10 to 9 on Sundays. There was someone in there but she locked the door and ignored us when we tried to knock or open the door.

Pigeon shit in front of the store all over the place. Went inside and the floor was so sticky you could tell it wasn’t mopped for at least a few days. Felt like walking on sticky paper. They can’t even keep their premises clean. Can’t expect much. Will never return.

They have really good drinks but the hours are not accurate. I showed up today after work around 5pm and they were closed walked back after I grabbed dinner next door and were still closed at 6pm. This isn’t the first time I show up on any day of the week and they are randomly closed.

Magic Cup is alright, it's not bad but not the best either. Service was kinda slow (only one barrista was making drinks and taking orders), drinks were okay - we had an iced honey caramel latte and a tiger oat milk tea with boba). We went in on a Friday afternoon (1PM) and the cafe was pretty empty except for another patron before us ordering drinks to go with her two kids. The shared parking lot has Tesla Superchargers, was is a plus for Tesla owners who want a quick refreshment while they charge up their car. I'll give them another try when I am in the area again.

Overpriced and watered-down boba. On top of that, they skimp on the boba itself. Definitely not worth it…
I stopped by Magic Cup and tried the Strawberry Mango Smoothie, and it was absolutely amazing! You can really taste the freshness They even use real fruit and put it at the bottom, which made it extra flavorful and refreshing. On top of that, the service was great. The lady working was so kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.

Disappointing. Ordered food, paid for food. Then went back up to ask where it was after 15-20 minutes and they said they were sold out. Place was slow and tables were dirty. Had hair on the table we sat at while waiting for food that they took our order for then forgot about.

This place just isn’t what it used to be. It’s not as clean anymore, and the boba is really hit or miss—sometimes it’s great, other times it’s not right at all. Pretty disappointing since I used to enjoy coming here.
