I mean this in the most sincere way, but you should hire help or join some training seminars. The service is far too slow and it will cost you a lot of business. A place like this will find success in doing volume, but you are unlikely to have repeat customers when it takes 20 minutes to do 3 ice creams, especially with the number of competitors nearby. You seem like a nice guy and I hope your business is successful, I am saying this as advice and not to slam you. Best of luck to you.

Well..... We failed to look at the reviews before going in and ordering because marble slabs are usually good places. However, after we were sitting down and looking around at the filth, we thought we should have a look. To our, well not surprise, we saw the ratings were pretty bad. Let me tell you why my rating will follow suit. First, the prices are already expensive, but for what you get, the price hurts even more. When you ask for a waffle bowl and you get a little waffle "plate" that literally sits on top of the cup, the price has an extra sting. Plus, the waffle plate tasted stale. Next, the lady that took my order, did help me, however she was unfriendly and appeared annoyed when I wanted to add toppings to the ice cream. Isn't that why we go to a marble slab (to make your own creation)? When adding the toppings, she seemed to give the minimal amount allowed. For example, most places like this.... when you ask for peanut butter, they get a fresh spoon, scoop out a heaping spoonful or two and then hand you the spoon to lick the rest. Not this place. The spoon was inside the peanut butter container and it was a small teaspoon of peanut butter added. Nothing more. Then the spoon went back into the peanut butter jar. It didn't feel very sanitary to me. I also didn't like that her hair was not pulled back. When you are putting your head into ice cream freezers to scoop ice cream, your hair should most definitely be pulled back. The ice cream was very melty and like I previously said, the waffle plate was stale. Now on to the cleanliness of the facility...what do I say except ick. The floor was sticky and gross, obviously being mopped by dirty water. The trash can was disgusting, obviously never getting washed down. All the tables did not appear clean. Had I noticed this upon entering I would have saved my $12 and went somewhere else, but my excitement for some ice cream didn't allow me to see it I guess. This place NEEDS to shut down for a couple of days and deep clean and do customer service training. That is all.
