I was there this evening 10/18/25 to order a small pizza. Requested my receipt had to wait for that which was fine but what got me was that the women running the register started making pizza's after touching the counters, answering the phone, touching the shelves, passing out pizza's but there were 3 other workers making pizza's (those young men had an assembly line getting it done great job guys). I had to cancel my order because what I had just witnessed was soo unsanitary. She didn't wash her hands, didn't use any gloves, just touching the food and to top it off she didn't have her shoes on all the way. Been eating here over 5 years and that was a lot to digest. I had to go to Walmart and get a frozen French Bread Pepperoni pizza and added my additional toppings.

Overall food was amazing, I ordered a 10 piece wing and 2 all meats, they did really well with the portions of ingredients, the wings were well cooked. When I came here a month ago, the only bad experience I had was talking to this teenage girl, she had a very negative attitude, other than that I love this place, I will always order from this Marcos 😁!

I don’t recommend delivery from this location, I gave a $15 tip for contactless delivery to my front door and had to walk around the block to find my pizza from the driver. Overall total for the order was less than the tip. I tried to call the facility to talk to the manager for further clarification for the person to answer the phone to say “we will have to call you back” and hang up. Disappointed

This is one of my favorite pizza places, love the atmosphere and the energy of the employees, I have ordered a garden pizza and it was beyond my expectations, the pizza was in a perfect circle and the ingredients were evenly distributed and the whole pizza was evenly cooked. I also ordered cinnamon squares and they were amazing and packaged neatly. I can tell the new owners are putting lots of love into this store and taking care of it really well.

Meatball Sub was relentlessly mediocre
Cheese pizza had an impressive lack of flavor. The sauce was bland, the cheese had the texture and meltiness of cheese but little of the flavor which makes me suspect it meets the absolute bare minimum FDA requirements to be called cheese and nothing more. Crust was ok.
Legitimately think Walmart's market side pizza is better and it is about half the cost.
Swing a dead cat at any one of Marco's competitors the pizza will probably be better.

Okay so the website said 10-15 min wait time. I got to the store and they started making the order so for waiting for 30 min for the smallest menu item.

I ordered a delivery and it took an hour before I called them asking for a update, they proceeded to tell me it was ready and on its way over to me only for me having to wait another 30 minutes and when I called back I was told the food was not done yet. I really didn’t appreciate being lied to, I rather them just tell me it’s not ready yet

Ordered a pepperoni magnifico today for lunch. Pictured is an XL pie I received. I mentioned to the maker that it looks quite skimpy in pepperoni vs their ad in the store on the counter vs how it usually comes-- he said some people put too much on there.... Well, he didn't put enough on mine apparently. Check out the screenshot from the app vs what I actually received. I also noticed the edges are quite wide for an XL-- that's a lot of space wasted...
Update: I followed the instructions from the owners reply and have not heard back. I even submitted it again days later and still haven't heard back from both attempts. It's been several weeks now and they've had plenty of time to respond to 'make it right'. I don't appreciate the intentional skimping of ingredients as proven by my photos, and the response I think was just to collect my information. Quality and expectations should be the same regardless of an employee's opinion. I've now scratched this place off my preferred 'nearby' pizza list and can no longer recommend. It's back to dominoes... At least if dominoes skimps, yes, they all do at times, they make it right quickly. It's just a pizza.
Update: months later, no reply from corporate. Sad really. Still off my list.
I feel sorry for the staff, the new owners are tragically horrible and have completely degraded and destroyed the standard of operating previous to their ownership.
I was(because I am no longer) a regular customer at this location for the last year and it never disappointed me. As soon as the new owners took over there was a complete neglect and disregard of customer service. The real story is that 8 of the 12 staff who were there quit the first week, and they were wonderful people who worked insanely hard and did their craft well.
This is a real shame that I’m done with this place. It’s quite literally sad because this establishment was a huge part of my life.
