The staff is being trained to trick the customer into paying for upsell items. I have not shopped here in years so I wasn’t completely familiar with ordering. I only intended to purchase a sandwich for my disabled friend. The cashier then asked “what side would you like with that? I picked a salad being that it was implied that it was included. I then proceeded to pay and then the cashier stated for me to “chose 10% to get started “ I thought wow! Forcing me to tip. It was a very well played scam for me! I mentioned this to young MOD and he could have cared less to address my concerns. Just like I told him… I will not be coming back!

Walked in and was greeted by an employee named Chris, such a nice gentleman who helped me with my order and periodically checked up on me despite how busy it was. It was a very nice lunch experience~

Me and a friend enjoy the food we both had the "try 2 option" with the baked potato I'm a vegan so I said no cheese but my friend said "it was pretty good"

Ordered food , said it was ready at 1:33 , arrive and apparently it isn’t ready so they had me wait. Had to wait 27 minutes because apparently my order was misplaced.

I use curbside pickup & have for some time. For the 1st time I was disappointed with my order. I ordered 2 of the grilled chicken croissant sandwiches. When I got home I had 2 grilled chicken clubs. We don't care for clubs due to the extra bread. The wheat bread was dry. We picked apart the sandwich removing the extra bread & bacon. If there was cheese on the sandwich I couldn't find it. We just ate the disappointing sandwiches since it's a 15 min drive to the restaurant. I realise the names of the two sandwiches are too similar but the price is different. Your employee should have noticed & made the correct sandwiches. Up until this your service & food have been excellent. Because of prior service I didn't rate you a 1 star but I will be checking all future orders before driving away.
I am giving this a 3 star review for the curbside pickup option. Normally I would go pick up inside and haven't had a problem but I knew I would have my baby with me so I decided to try the curbside option.I ordered to be picked up at 5:30. I got to there right at 5:30 and clicked "I'm here" after 10 minutes I thought to call incase I didn't do something right. I was told my order was in the system but already sent out a long time ago. I was told they could remake it "free of charge" well yes I hope so seeing how I never got what I ALREADY paid for. By 6:00 I finally got my food. Only to get home and they didn't make it the way I ordered it :/If ordering here I would stick to inside or inside pickup my experience with curbside pick up was awful.

Went here on 11/22. Overall the food was good, except my French Dip. It was overcooked very fatty pieces. The picture on the website is very misleading. I would not recommend.

This is the second consecutive time I’ve ordered to go from this location and when I received the order found that components were missing. Chips twice and also dressing was missing from the salad. Two orders a month apart feels like a pattern, and I will be hesitant to order here in the future.
