Terrible location. Haven't been here once where the icecream machine was working. Parking lot is terrible entrance and exit scheme and 80% of the spots are not painted lol. Go down the street to other location this one sucks

I never thought I would rate a McDonald’s, but every one there was super kind and helpful, and their BigMac is off the charts!!! The bun was fresh, and all the ingredients were perfect. Reminded me of McDonald’s in France

I was standing at the counter as an employee and a “manager man” stood less than 5 feet from the counter and were in a happy conversation in Spanish. As I stood there for some kind of acknowledgment, a little girl came on my side. The manager man immediately stopped talking and spoke Spanish to her and she replied in Spanish. He turns and reaches for napkins and gives them to her! I stated out loud that’s exactly what I would like to have, napkins! He gives them to me, thank God the little girl came up. That’s all I wanted.

Horrible service. The manager Brisia is so rude and unprofessional. First she bumped in to me without apologizing, then my order was messed up and when I tried to get her attention in a nice way she told me (rudely) that she was busy doing something else and walked away. Another Lady name Lucila was very nice and helped me.

The service here is terrible. They take way too long to serve the food, and the restaurant is completely dirty. It seems like this location does not understand the standards of this franchise. I do not recommend this McDonald’s at all.

Around 10:35 of Oct 29 This is the McDonald's I did like the best and come to on a very regular basis. This lady is a new lady here and she's decided she was going to give me a problem retrieving my families orders. Myself husband and daughter ordered biscuits this morning and when trying to pick them up at the counter I asked for the orders telling the numbers of the orders. I was told I had to tell the names. I said our names. She picked up the three orders up which I have already seen is ours. She started to walk towards to me to hand me the orders then shrugged her shoulders and decided to go put the orders back and face them backwards hiding the numbers. Playing a game now officially she's all attitude foot to the side you got a tell the names she said. I said yes the three orders you just had in your hands about to hand me names numbers and you decided to put back and face backwards instead of hand me our orders. Hand me one order. I repeat the other two orders names numbers. She hands me one more. Again repeat the other order name number. She hands me the last order. The entire time she's acting with full attitude and what seems to be amusement. My husband went in to get jelly for our daughter and couldn't get help also witnessing the lady giving other customers a hard time. This lady needs to be replaced fast. The longer she's here the more customers this place is going to lose and it'll be fast going this way. This is her she decided to come outside while I was making this review.

Disgusting handling of food. Drove by for a vanilla cone. They mixed up the order and tried to hand the cone over to the car in front of mine. The guy refused the cone, and there was a moment of convo between the staff and the driver while the staff held onto the cone in the 5000-degree summer heat of Texas. Car left and it was my turn. Drove up to the window and the guy offered me the SAME cone that was already DRIPPING onto his hand. I told him I wanted a fresh one. You know what he did? He took the dripping cone back to the dispenser machine, and flicked the content back into circulation, then made me a new one. Disgusting! It's a shame that McD would hire these people with zero sense of F&B hygiene. Just disgusting.
