The staff do not speak English.. everyone is so unpleasant and the wait times are crazy long. I had to walk in and actually get my food since they forgot I was waiting for my food 20 mins later. I asked for a general manager number and the manager just through my food at me and walked away .

order a large frappe I received it about 2 in below the rim where it's supposed to be filled with whipped cream to look full ask them to remake it they blame the machine gave me attitude and then ultimately decided to ignore me and refuse to remake the drink worst service ever simple request to remake and ultimately ignored at the end with three employees standing there horrible
