had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed an order and went through the drive-thru, but when I arrived, the employee told me my order wasn’t in their system. I showed my receipt, which had the correct address for this location, but he still refused to help. I was told there would be no refund and no assistance in locating my order. I left without my food and without a solution. This was extremely frustrating and poor customer .

Order food online via McDonald's app. Didn't over order. Just got a $5 value meal along with a snack wrap. Arrived a the selected McDonald's and noticed that both drive through were blocked with cones and trash can. Went to the window and sat there. Was seen 2 McDonald's employee and was completely ignored. Overall not 24/7 and had to cancel my mobile order.

Cheeseburger was dry and under seasoned. Thought I would try a Snack wrap to see what all the excitement is about. It was awful. Chicken was cold and full of gristle. Hardly any cheese. Very dry as the little bit of sauce was in one small spot and rest of wrap had none. Not the McD experience I wanted.

A manager just yelled at me all because we rang the doorbell, and apparently it was an unsatisfied manner and honestly, it wasn’t fair to me. All I was told was get some food. I have to be back at work at a short time manner.

It took and hour for them to deliver the food. When it got here it was cold. I ordered through the app and the delivery time was not an hour. The driver didn’t even pick up the food until after the supposed delivery time.

McDonald's needs a system for dashers that's doesn't make it harder for the staff. Or just completely remove McDonald's from Doordash after 8:30. The lines are slow every night the food is bitter cold and the staff are robots. There is no way dashers should wait in a line for a literal 40 minutes. When these orders could just simply be handed off. Its clear they dont want to deal with dashers but that's because McDonald's made it hard for them unlike any other fast food chain. Taco Bell is the same. They'll bake it on safety.
2nd mcdonald's i drove to with the smoothie machine being down. As a fav beverage this shouldn't happen!!

Stopped through late and it was hit or miss. Food was warm, not fresh. Service was slow and not locked in I had to repeat my order more than once. The atmosphere felt off too not dirty, but definitely not welcoming either. This ain’t a hate review, just the truth: y’all gotta tighten up if you wanna keep people pulling up.

I should have read reviews before going here! My husband’s quarter pounder was so cold the cheese didn’t melt and thrown together all over the container, my Mchicken was old and rubbery.. waist of money!

Drive through every night has “no way to make shakes”. I want Oreo milkshake sorry we don’t have ice cream at the moment. How, and why every evening is the ice cream not available? Is it problems with your store or your staff being lazy please fix it I will continue to leave a review which I don’t leave too many but this is not good to advertise smores and Oreo milkshakes and never have ice cream machine working it’s always broken. Fix it please
