i asked for ketchup and ranch and got 3 barbecues, the order took like 10 minutes, the fries came half full and the mcflurry wasn’t filled to the top

The rudest employees I've ever come across by far. AWFUL. I know first hand that the did industry is tough. But it wasn't just one rude employee, it was the person over the speaker, first and second window, and the person that brought our order to the car. No smiles, no Hi, just greeted with "what you ordered?"

I went through and got a lot of food for some family. I got up to the window where they give you food. I asked for a small cup of water for a child. He said “50 cents !! A small cup of water….50 cents!!! After spending all of that money!! I couldn’t believe it. He didn’t care I had bags full of food. I Won’t be going back.

Unique drive thru only concept. Actually not bad at all, but their coffee is far more watered down than at every other location. And I drink lots of mcd coffee... Seems they are not following mcd's highly specific procedures for making the items on their menu.

Very bad experience. I ordered a mocha frape coffee and it was rubbish. They didn't put mocha in it. It was just the coffee and the ice that were very bad. The service was super bad from the person who served me. I don't recommend it.

Drove through and placed an order, my order was mixed with someone else’s. Drove back to hand it over and get the correct one. One of them asked us to come to the main door, pulled the wrong order from my hands and threw the actual one at me with few missing items. The worst ever experience I’ve ever had. Never ever recommend this place. Communication is very bad and a humiliating experience. Hoping that Mcd will get rid of the people of this kind from their team soon.
