I ordered a large fries through the kiosk because after 4 minutes standing at the counter (I was the only one) no one took my order. When it was ready, I got the bag, and noticed they had put the fries upside down in the brown bag, after fixing that issue, I realized they had only filled up the large container 1/2 way, about a medium.

I arrived at 5:30 AM, which is after your posted breakfast start time of 5:00 AM. I used the mobile app for a discounted sandwich and also requested three more sandwiches.
When I asked about pies, I was told they weren’t ready due to the “transition.” But if breakfast starts at 5:00 AM, and it’s already 5:30, then you’re already late on that transition.
Pies are a daily item they should be prepped and ready like everything else. Using the transition as an excuse shows poor time management. It’s not a complex task, just something that should be handled with better planning.

I was just here today. I put an online order for a frappe. About a minute after placing the order my order was prepared I couldn’t believe it as I usually visit the Macdonald’s in Melissa where they take forever when it comes to prepare online orders. The ladies who prepare my order were beyond kind. Great customer service.

Ordered 4 chicken strips, they gave 3. Ordered coffee with 2 sweetener sachets with coffee, they gave none. The outlet wasn’t busy, just 3 customers including me.
Giving less items has become a trend not a mistake.
Same case at few other locations too.

Mcdonalds is my favorite fast food place, this one specifically put 10 pickles on my burger when i asked for no pickles. I will not be returning to this location for I am allergic to pickles.
