Placed a mobile order in advance to circumvent a wait and still had to wait even with no car in the drive through. After waiting for the items to be made, there were items missing from my order as well as the items I did receive being old and/or cold. After the all the multiple times I visited This location, this will be the last. Only got bump to two stars due to gentleman that was nice at the first takeout window

If we are made to wait 10-15 minutes, you’d THINK it’s because they are cooking fresh food. NOT serving fries that are hard as rocks and old as the dirt on the ground, uneatable. Hire better. Expect better. Enforce better. Just plain BE BETTER!

Ordered a Spicy McChicken Deluxe with extra pickles & A Coffee. Food was slow and very, very messy (more sauce than burger, haphazardly thrown together). And the burger did not come with any pickles at all. Would not recommend. The coffee was at least fine, though a bit on the lukewarm side.

Came to pick up a doordash delivery order and wanted to grab a burger for myself as well arrived at 12:40pm when they don't close till 1am. Can see people inside when pulling up. Wait at the intercom nobody says anything. 12:45 I'm showing a lady throw the drive thru window I'm trying to pick up a door dash delivery. Lady refused to give out the order. Need new staff at this location. That's completely unacceptable. Order should've been done by the time I arrived if it wasn't and if it was it shouldve been handed out. I just drove twenty two minutes to this place to pick up during business hours and order that would've been placed prior to me getting the order and yet absolute refusal to hand the order out. Wasted my time, milage, tire wear, charge and missed out a twenty three dollar order because of it when I most definitely could've used that order pay. Get people in that will actually do the job. Pictures is the girl that refused to hand out the order.

They are forcing you to order from a kiosk where everyone's nasty fingers have been touching. They covered up the menu board behind the counter and put a barricade on the counter in front of the cash register directing customers to use the kiosk. No I won't! I pay with cash anyway, so an employee has to come to the register anyway. So just take my order there to begin with. I don't know what the owner of this McDonald's is thinking, but it is NOT customer service.
