Rude behaviour by the service person , I have added extra kids fries in happy meal order as second side , instead of providing that telling lies like added extra fries in the actual kids fries . But when look into that fries quantity is less than the actual kids fries provided .Worst service at this location

Poor customer service. If you have multiple windows maybe tell the customer what window you want them to stop at instead of tapping on cars and making the customer get off to DO YOUR JOB.

We went through the drive-thru and had to wait a little bit, which we didn’t mind since we assumed we’d get hot, fresh food. When we got our order, we trusted that everything was there because it was a large order of 4 meals. Unfortunately, when we got home we realized a chicken sandwich was missing.

My husband had to drive all the way back to McDonald’s to get the sandwich. While they did replace it, they didn’t offer any apology or compensation for the inconvenience. By the time he got home again, his food was cold. Very disappointing experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The manager was extremely rude when I simply asked if my frappe could be blended a bit more. Instead of helping, he refused to serve it and made me feel like I was being difficult for just making a reasonable request.

When I asked for his name so I could provide feedback, he deliberately hid his name tag and refused to give me his name. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability.

I’ve always thought of McDonald’s as a place where customers are treated with respect, but this experience was the opposite. Management should really look into this, because no customer deserves to be treated this way.

Inside needs to be cleaner. It is not clean around the drink station and tables always have something on them. workers at the windows handing/handling food shouldn’t be eating while they serve you.

The lady told me they had Sanrio toys and I was trying to pay for 3 of them, she told me I had to purchase something to get them so I ordered a small drink ( that we didn’t really need) then was told by management that they don’t have Sanrio toys right now and that the lady didn’t charge me for a toy so if I wanted one I needed to pay for it. I feel as if he could have given me one toy for my little one since I purchased a drink to get the toy ( I didn’t want to purchase the drink in the first place) I think this is poor management, along with bad communication.

Worst experience ever the manager was yelling at a customer when they came in because the customer was charged for something that they did not get the manager just kept yelling at him saying check the bank. Check the bank check the bank while the customer was trying to talk to him. I don’t know why you have a manager like that, but that is nasty. Also, when the customer just asked for a phone number for the general manager or Corp. he just ignored him and kept walking away, saying check your bank. Check your bank check your bank. This has to be the worst manager ever. I cannot believe you have someone like this in charge and he was making fun of this guy in Spanish to the other employees. I’m glad I made a video of this and I will be showing it to everyone.
