service was fantastic! tayo and the chef were incredible in helping me find vegan options, and gave me a plant-based menu they had. the wings were discontinued due to low selling, but this could also be because this menu does not show up when you search it up online and is only in store. the pollo seguro pizza was great, and they were able to modify the bruschetta to make it vegan as well! looking forward to trying the other options, and hope that this place considers posting this menu on their site!

the service needs improve for sure we just saw our server 3 times from being seated, order and the check ( that we had to ask him).Not enough plates to share appitizer and no water refills, we ended up asking another guy for water refills. Pizza is just ok the classic crusting is just too much and compare to other places the prices is high. I can get a better service for the same price and better atmosphere. the place is like arcade place and menu is not tempting at all. needs lots of work on the menu design. we went there on Thursday night and there was only another table beside us. Not going back and won't recommend it!

We showed up during a non peak times twice. The Stone Baked pizzas are fantastic. This 5 star rating is based on the food only. You should know before going that the service is really slow and there has been a time when we never received a drink that was ordered.

Can't beat this chain for good quality pizza and fast & friendly service!

Great service from start to finish! The host, Abby, was welcoming, friendly and quick to seat us. Wide variety of pizzas, current favorite being the Super Pepp, and much more to choose from. Would highly recommend!

When we arrived I was immediately delighted by the ambiance and decor. The menu was colorful and creative with lots of awesome dishes to choose from. However, they were either understaffed or poorly managed. There were two employees sitting behind the bar watching. All while our poor server was running around like a chicken with his head cut off trying to wait on all the tables. We received our appetizer colder than room temp and promptly had it reheated. All after waiting 35 minutes for it. We received our pizza shortly after and had no complaints about it. It was one of the best house specialty pizzas I’ve had from a restaurant. Either hire another day server or get a manager who will jump in and help instead of sitting behind the bar watching.
