Bar area service was horrendous. After sitting, we got an order of drinks placed quickly. From there, it went down hill. Drinks finished, we waited 30 minutes to get anyone's attention to place a food and drink refill order. We were never checked on again the whole evening. We had to hunt someone down every time we needed a new drink, to order food or to even pay. What should have been an hour visit for drinks and dinner took over 2 hours most sitting in disappointment with empty drinks and grumbling stomachs. We would have spent more money, but y'all didn't give us the opportunity. This was the first time in my life I considered just walking out since we couldn't get help to even pay. Glorias will be the choice next time. Food and drink quality is the only thing that saved y'all from 1 star.

The food and drinks are good. The service is horrible. We came in when there was a wait and opted to sit in the bar area. Chips came out quickly and we ordered 2 mambo and 2 waters. A few minutes later, we get the mambos, but no water. Whatever. After this, we sat there for OVER AN HOUR waiting JUST to order food. Servers were everywhere, joking in the bar area, sitting down, walking literally all around our table. Several made eye contact then scurried away. We finally get someones attention and order, finish eating, then sit there for another 45 minutes waiting for a check with my card on the table. Servers everywhere again and not one would check on our table without us standing up and cornering one. I had to ask a server if I was expected to pay or if we could just leave. I've never had this issue at the other locations and I won't be returning to this one.

We also had the pleasure of meeting Jessica, one of the managers, whose kindness and professionalism added to our enjoyment. Both Gladys and Jessica went above and beyond, and because of them, we’ll definitely be returning!
