Good pizza. We had a party of 6 and everyone was able to order their own pizza, built just the way they wanted. Service was good. Unfortunately, trash containers were full and some tables needed to be cleaned.

We ordered an unlimited topping pizza, and overall, it was a good choice. However, despite selecting extra for some toppings, the quantity added was quite low. The pizza has a thin crust and is suitable for two people with a moderate appetite, but if both have a larger appetite, it may not be sufficient. The store is spacious, making it a great option for dining in. Considering the price of $11, it’s a great deal, and taste-wise, the pizza was absolutely delicious.

Very bad experience here today. This place needs new management. Waited 10 minutes being only ones in line before they would make our pizzas. A second guy came out of the back with gloves on, started messing with pizzas in oven, and touching other things then without changing his gloves started making my sons pizza. I was mortified. I asked to change gloves and he did not right away.. why would I want him touching our food when who knows what he touched behind those doors? Their soda machine was broken, no forks of lids out. I stood there at the counter for five minutes to ask for forks so we could begin eating our salads, and the two gentlemen in the food prep area would not even acknowledge us. The one in the back came out, and when I told him there was no forks out, he proceeded to grab a box and go fill it instead of handing us two forks first. I had to ask him if he could give us two forks so we could begin eating. Seems common sense to hand the customer forks before you go start refilling it. Just a complete lack of customer service, sanitation, sense of urgency, really poor experience and while we have come here a lot with my boys, this is the last time. This was also at 12:30 PM and they opened significantly earlier so they should’ve had everything ready. They didn’t even have the salad dressing out and had to go get it from the back. Complete disappointment.

I ordered 4 pizzas and bread sticks from the house at 5 o'clock it says pickup at 5:30 and by 6 o'clock 3 of my pizzas have not even gone in the oven yet. Never will i ever order pizza from here again.

Mason- glasses dark hair, RUDE! First time trying MOD pizza, attempted to dine in, ordered two pizzas drinks, as soon as we went to sit down, EVERY single table was filthy and one table covered in trash. Went to advise Mason, immediately defensive, and said they were busy. There were three customers including us there. We Interrupted Mason getting is fountain drink and having his social time with one of the females working there. Other guy was nice , he seemed new but he was great! Mason decided to feel bothered by our complaints and share it with female working, full blown gossiping, both looking at us, rather than being accountable. Tables were so disgusting we asked to have the food to go. Vibe was terrible. Pizza tasted good, but unfortunately won’t be back. Maybe if that Mason isn’t there. Just awful leadership and accountability.

We are regular customer since we moved from NY, past few month they have new hires and they work really bad last week I was there and order simple Maddy the young guy was not able to make pizza his nose was runny he did not change his gloves the way he was making pizza I got so upset can not explain how bad he was! Then other guy took over and he made the pizza. horrible that’s it for me
