Came in the employee Evelyn that started my order walk away from me and my son because when she was writing down my name I saw Evelyn writing the wrong name down and I corrected her then my son started his orders she walk away with an attitude and we was standing there if it was for the others working that came I would have walk out with a bad taste in my mouth because my son ask me what did he do wrong

The crust was pressed on site from dough. Toppings were selected at the time of our order. Pizza was oven fired and cooked quickly. Sauce was rich and flavorful. Overall very good. Staff was very friendly. Definitely will be back!

We have had several issues with this location…
First issue, we ordered Mod via DoorDash shortly after we were discharged home with our newborn. Our food was delivered quickly, however, one pizza was a completely different pizza. The order had the correct receipts, but the pizza was made wrong. My husband took the pizza up to the store & the manager on duty claimed it wasn’t their problem since we ordered through DoorDash, even though DoorDash didn’t physically make the pizzas, Mod did. And chose to not do a thing about it.
We tried to give them another shot today after a few months had gone by & we’re highly disappointed yet again! My parents & I ordered 3 pizzas using the app at 11a when they first opened. My dad went to pick up & brought the pizzas home. 1 out of the 3 pizzas was correct, 1 pizza was missing 2 toppings & another pizza was completely incorrect. So my dad took them back to the store. The employee claimed they didn’t have the toppings to make our pizzas. So you just create whatever pizzas you want & don’t let the customer know? What kind of service is that?
Highly disappointed in this location & if we return to a Mod Pizza, it will not be McKinney North!

It’s extremely disappointing that this location has gone down hill. I placed an online order (through the app), 2 create your own pizzas. My husband picked up our order by the “ready time.” When he arrived the pizza wasn’t ready, he had to wait. Once he got home we realized my pizza was wrong - missing ingredients and added ingredients (that I didn’t select). I called the restaurant and the phone was answered with “hello”. For a while I didn’t know if I called the right place. I started to describe the issue and I could hear a gentleman in the background screaming “what’s wrong” and the phone was handed to him. They are extremely unprofessional and lack customer service. I told him the issues with my order and he voided the ordered. They did make things right however this isn’t the first time they mess up our order and now I have a pizza I’m not going to eat.

The WORST experience. Food was not ready. They told me I was early - three minutes early and they haven't started my order. Workers yelled and argued with each other - argued over who had to make my meal. It was embarassing for them, but they did not act like it was.

Came here a little over a month ago and there was still 30 minutes left and Instead of serving us the employee was snarky and they said they would only serve the person in front of us and said they were closed then kicked us out and several other guests out who were trying to order and today we came back and the person who served us was very light on the toppings even when I asked for more several times, and then when asked for more she then said she isn't allowed which has never happened. Will definitely not come back to this Mod Pizza again.

Food was good, however one employee in particular seemed to have lost their mind. Seemed like he was the cashier and putting the pizzas in. He had a spatula in his hand and was smacking it against his thigh, touching boxes, the counter and his hair. I was so disgusted. After laying his hand all over everything, at no point did he wash his hands before grabbing my son's pizza to put it in the oven. We asked him to take it out, as we wouldn't be eating that one he just handled. The other two employees who were building the rest of our pizzas were apologetic and offered to have the pizza remade. My husband asked the gentleman to please wash his hands before handling the rest of our pizzas and he agreed. While my husband was getting ranch for our pizzas he witnessed said employee pull out his vape, use it in the facility and pass it to his friend to use it. I'm writing all of this to say, don't be afraid to speak up about the hygiene of these employees when handling your food.
