I went to MOD Pizza yesterday around 12 pm and had a great experience! The food was really good, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it. The service was amazing, everyone was friendly and helpful, which made the visit even better. The restaurant itself was very clean and well-kept, and it wasn’t too crowded, so it felt comfortable and relaxed. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

Came in the employee Evelyn that started my order walk away from me and my son because when she was writing down my name I saw Evelyn writing the wrong name down and I corrected her then my son started his orders she walk away with an attitude and we was standing there if it was for the others working that came I would have walk out with a bad taste in my mouth because my son ask me what did he do wrong
The crust was pressed on site from dough. Toppings were selected at the time of our order. Pizza was oven fired and cooked quickly. Sauce was rich and flavorful. Overall very good. Staff was very friendly. Definitely will be back!

We have had several issues with this location…
First issue, we ordered Mod via DoorDash shortly after we were discharged home with our newborn. Our food was delivered quickly, however, one pizza was a completely different pizza. The order had the correct receipts, but the pizza was made wrong. My husband took the pizza up to the store & the manager on duty claimed it wasn’t their problem since we ordered through DoorDash, even though DoorDash didn’t physically make the pizzas, Mod did. And chose to not do a thing about it.
We tried to give them another shot today after a few months had gone by & we’re highly disappointed yet again! My parents & I ordered 3 pizzas using the app at 11a when they first opened. My dad went to pick up & brought the pizzas home. 1 out of the 3 pizzas was correct, 1 pizza was missing 2 toppings & another pizza was completely incorrect. So my dad took them back to the store. The employee claimed they didn’t have the toppings to make our pizzas. So you just create whatever pizzas you want & don’t let the customer know? What kind of service is that?
Highly disappointed in this location & if we return to a Mod Pizza, it will not be McKinney North!

It’s extremely disappointing that this location has gone down hill. I placed an online order (through the app), 2 create your own pizzas. My husband picked up our order by the “ready time.” When he arrived the pizza wasn’t ready, he had to wait. Once he got home we realized my pizza was wrong - missing ingredients and added ingredients (that I didn’t select). I called the restaurant and the phone was answered with “hello”. For a while I didn’t know if I called the right place. I started to describe the issue and I could hear a gentleman in the background screaming “what’s wrong” and the phone was handed to him. They are extremely unprofessional and lack customer service. I told him the issues with my order and he voided the ordered. They did make things right however this isn’t the first time they mess up our order and now I have a pizza I’m not going to eat.

The WORST experience. Food was not ready. They told me I was early - three minutes early and they haven't started my order. Workers yelled and argued with each other - argued over who had to make my meal. It was embarassing for them, but they did not act like it was.
