This was our third time ordering from Mr.Jim's and may be the last. We ordered an XL order of nacho stix and a large sticky fingers pizza with thin crust. We ordered delivery and tipped the man $5. An older gentleman delivered the food and was very unprofessional in his greeting saying what's up, and said HERE and shoved the pizza towards my husband. I wish I could taken my tip back. Next time I'll reserve the online tip and pay in cash. The nacho stix were all cut weird causing us to have to break them apart and they were so dry, we wasted almost a half a box. They were almost burnt on the bottom and they are already thin so we did not enjoy them at all. This was usually my favorite item to order but it seems they are getting lazy. Mr.Jims, please do better.

I’ve been going here a little over a year. Mr.Jims has become the only pizza I will eat. The pizza is always extra seasoned and topped with love and that follows to their employees. They go above and beyond to make every experience one of a kind and they support their community as I remember them bringing my drill team pizzas when we were fundraising. The little details are always perfect. If you’re looking for a really good pizza in the McKinney area I would HIGHLY suggest coming to Mr.Jims it always feels like home, and tastes like heaven!

I ordered a Meat lover pizza, and added Bell pepper's and onions on it extra. First of all, for a meat lover, it was barely meat on it, I couldn't see the Bell pepper's and onions. Then the back side was almost burned. If my kids hadn't attacked it I would have returned it back foba refund. Plus no Transaction From email. The Only way I have a receipt and transaction. History is because I used my bank card! SMH!! This location is not good El Dorado Parkway. Suit 850.

I ordered delivery and it was absolutely amazing! The pizza arrived hot and fresh, and the flavor was incredible. The crust was perfectly chewy, the toppings were generous, and every bite was delicious. Delivery was faster than expected, and the packaging was neat and secure.
