This place!! So I work across the street from this spot and live down the street. I have always passed by but never stopped until the other day. And im glad I did. My husband and I have found our new hideaway. I love the food and how small it is. And the staff is great. However because it's such a small place you have to be ok with the smoke that can come from the kitchen from time to time. Other than that, it's a great spot!

The food at Noodle Wave was absolutely fantastic! The plating was beautiful, the service was above par, and every bite was full of flavor. I even finished my entire plate—which says it all. Highly recommend this spot!

Disappointing Experience – Poor Portion Sizes & Service Quality
I’ve been a regular at this restaurant for some time, but after the recent change in management, the quality has significantly declined. We ordered five dishes with chicken, and every single one had an unacceptably low amount of chicken. It’s clear this isn’t a one-off incident, as we’ve noticed the same issue across multiple orders recently.
It’s a shame because the food used to be great, but the portion sizes are no longer satisfying. The chicken is barely there, and the overall experience just doesn't justify the price anymore. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place to anyone at the moment. It seems like the restaurant is struggling post-management change, and it's impacting the food quality and customer satisfaction.
Food was piping hit and tasted great ,service was great as usual, the only issue with our visit was cockroaches crawling in and out of a crack between the booths.

Good food. Very good attitude. I had to go back because I thought I had left my valet there, they patiently checked every where and also their cameras. Thanks.

Everything was great, the food, the service, even the water tasted filtered.

We used to enjoy Noodle Wave very much, but sadly on the last couple of times we’ve ordered they didn’t respect the spice level. Everything is spicier than what we ordered. This was never an issue, they would stick to the spice level requested, but lately they’ll just make it very spicy and put so much chilli flakes on all dishes. Today I called to give feedback about this and the person on the phone seemed unbothered. They also gave me fried tofu, although I ordered steamed tofu.

Dear Noodlewave Team,
I’ve always been a loyal customer and have consistently praised your restaurant for its incredible food and top-notch service. That’s why I’m so disappointed by what happened tonight.
I placed an online order at 9:10 PM, well before your listed closing time of 9:30 PM. Nowhere on your website does it state that the kitchen closes at 9:00 PM, so I had every reason to believe my order would be fulfilled—especially since the system allowed the order to go through.
To be safe, I called around 9:20 PM to confirm everything was okay. That’s when I was told my order would not be made because the kitchen had already closed. This was not only unexpected, but frustrating—especially given the limited options available at that hour.
I spoke with a team member who quickly became defensive when I pointed out the website had no mention of a 9:00 PM kitchen closure. I then asked to speak to a manager and was connected to a supervisor named Sophie, who repeated the same information. Rather than working to understand my perspective as a customer, she also became defensive and even called me “mean” simply because I was expressing my frustration about the situation.
She did offer a refund, which I appreciate, but that doesn’t undo the inconvenience of being left without dinner late at night—and frankly, without the level of respect and care I’ve come to expect from Noodlewave.
I’m truly disappointed by how I was treated. I’ve always spoken highly of your restaurant, and this experience was not aligned with the values of great service I’ve come to associate with your brand. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider revising your online order policies—or at the very least, clearly communicate kitchen closing times—so other loyal customers don’t run into the same issue.

We have visited Noodle Wave at several locations and their food is always flavorful and delicious especially if you enjoy a spicy kick! 🌶️🌶️ The restaurant is clean and the service is consistently good with friendly and attentive staff.
However, the prices are on the higher side, which may make it less ideal for large families.
