I don't like Thai food generally, however, we were getting the vehicle serviced and needed to eat. Walking to the place, I was questioning our decision but there was limited options for food while we were on foot.
I was horrified to discover that I'm in LOVE with this place!
First off, the service from the staff was best in class! Server Derrick was excellent and went above and beyond for us as well as the other 2 male staff members helping him and overall just being so personable and engaging. They really took the cake with all their personalities. The food was so flavorful we had to have the chef come out so we could tip him.
Truly one of the best meals out in a long time.....
You are doing yourself a HUGE DISSERVICE if you don't check them out!

Dallas vacation vibes! đŸ€© Today's feast: pad see ew with beef, chicken, and shrimp, plus Malay curry with shrimp and spring rolls. đŸœđŸ€ The pad see ew was seriously the best I've had in 30 years—even better than Bangkok! My love affair with pad see ew started at a little hole-in-the-wall spot in San Bernardino outside Norton Air Force Base. Haven't had anything this good since!

The food was delicious and even though the restaurant was busy, the food arrived quickly and we were properly cared for. Great halal Thai food. The restaurant had a nice inviting atmosphere and the music wasn’t too loud.

Ordered Tom Kha and Tom Yum to go with no fish oil. It ended up smelling fishy.

I absolutely loved my food at Noodle Wave! Service was fast and the place was pretty even though it was small. They have plenty of spice. The spice here tends to be sweet and spicy- I absolutely loved how well the tofu was flavored and cooked in my food and how many veggies were in the dish as well! I got the spicy tung tac noodles. The thai tea was also really delicious too.

The first time I came here on a weekend. Loved the dumplings so much and the iced tea was amazing and I was given free refill on that, no ice- no extra charge. I revisited this place after a month on a weekday night. Was slow and was expecting the dumplings to be amazing as last time. But I clearly felt the difference about how the dumplings were frozen and was just reheated. Everything I ate that day was mid, unlike the last time. I was said refill on iced tea was extra and when I asked for no ice, I was given ice.

Been here many times, food is always good. Tried the chef special and was disappointed, the tamarind sauce for the shrimp just tastes like sweet sugar, zero tamarind taste. Soft shell crab woonsen was super delicious, why isn’t this a chef’s special?! Papaya salad is a Thai staple but it just tastes okay. Herbal chicken is super delicious, this time there’s fried onions with it and I love it! More to try next time.

Had a great experience at Noodle Wave! The food came out super fast, and everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I love spicy food and went for a level 5 on their scale, but it was milder than I expected—ended up adding some chili sauce to get the kick I wanted.

Overall, the flavors were spot-on, service was quick, and the atmosphere was nice and casual. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to for more noodles!
