I wanted 6 mini's for an event and 6 for another event but they only sell them in quantities of 12. I didn't need 12 but 6 for each. When I asked if I could have a separate box (I even offered to pay for it) so that I could separate the 12, the answer was again no...... No one couldn't have cared less.

Just went in to redeem my BOGO reward for joining the rewards program and got a coconut snowflake and strawberries and cream both with extra icing. This coconut snowflake came loaded! Worth the few extra minutes to wait while they doctor it up.

Bad Service. I placed an online order.
I mentioned it was online, staff didn’t care I had to wait for 20 minutes - I asked for a refund due to bad customer service.

Always perfect! May have to wait a bit in walk-jns between 4-6p but all in all I love this place.

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday and simply asked for extra frosting. You would have thought I asked for their firstborn child. The staff acted as if it was their personal cake and not a customer’s request. Every time I visit this location and ask for extra frosting, it’s treated like a huge hassle instead of a basic accommodation. If it’s not something they want to offer, then it shouldn’t even be an option. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this location.

I was going to submit a survey, but longer have the receipt. Piper was so friendly and sweet I still wanted to acknowledge her. Her customer service was great and she greeted us immediately. She was also right about the strawberry cheesecake bundt. So good!!! Definitely a new favorite while it's available!! So many great flavors but probably the best one I've had. Great service! Great bundt!

I tried to call ahead for my order since I was in the car driving. I spoke with Faith and she was not helpful at all. She said I had to pay over the phone in order to do the pre order. I explained that I was en route so I couldn’t provide the credit card card number, but I assured her I would be there in 15 minutes. She said there wasn’t anything she could do to help me. Poor customer service.
