Your customer service at this location sucks to the fullest. Your staffs were not welcoming and would not make eye contact. I have been to your other locations and have had no issues but your mckinney location 👎👎👎👎

I ordered a white 10 inch cake. Was told it would be 15-20 minutes because the cake needed to be frosted. I waited patiently for 30 minutes. Paid 41.00 for a sloppy frosted cake. Poor customer service and presentation. I’m not happy. Btw. I spend alot of money here buying multiple bundtlets weekly.

Charlie helped me during my visit which is interesting because that's the name of my friends cat... She went above and beyond to make sure I eat delicious cake!! ?Her and her amazing customer service is still on the noggin after my visit! I will be back!

I love their Bundt cakes, but they are slowly starting to price themselves out of the market. Went in today and discovered an additional 10% price hike. I get things are more expensive, but there comes a point when a place becomes a normality. And unfortunately, they are at that point.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nothing Bundt Cakes-McKinney for my recent wedding, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. The variety of cake flavors and the sizes they offer made it easy to create and customized a dessert spread for my guests. The cakes were an absolute hit - moist, flavorful, and beautifully decorated as always. The entire process from ordering to delivery was stress-free and effortless. So delicious!!!!!!! The white chocolate raspberry was my birthday cake this year and I’m considering it for my wedding lol it’s THAT good. Highly recommend!!!!!

Update: a couple years after this review and I did in fact have two of the two tier Bundt cakes at my wedding this past weekend!!!!! They were so good and all my guests loved them. Still my favorite.

Wonderful delicious cakes. They only sell bundt cake in four sizes, but all the flavors are moist and delicious. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful decorations made to order.

Went in to oder a birthday cake for wife, the place is nice and the environment is good, but the lady who helped me didnt have the best customer service. In fact she did not greet me with a smile on her face, didnt seem to want to talk when I asked her what new flavors she has, and I had to keep asking her before she answers me, and overall just seems like she hates to work there.I've had nothing bundt cake at other locations and I've always been greeted with a great smile and a positive attitude before but this is the first time with a bad customer service experience.
