I noticed months back the price increased for bundtlets slightly. The price for extra frosting doubled and the regular amount of frosting on bundtlets decreased. The frosting tip is smaller. I eat Nothing Bundt weekly. It's annoying. Cake is bread without frosting.

With the variety of cakes, you'll definitely find something to enjoy. Cakes are a bit dense and topped with cream cheese frosting, more on the sweeter side. Cakes come in a few different sizes, priced fairly. Good service, cute little store.

I normally don’t make reviews in regards to places I’ve worked but honestly I wouldn’t dare recommend anyone to work here. Management is horrible and unprofessional. They seem sweet during the interview and maybe even over the phone but they most definitely aren’t once you get hired on. The only one I can say was nice whether they talked about her or not was the owner Trisha. Super sweet lady but you barely saw her. This location honestly just needs some work done over with their management team. Until then, Don’t waste your time, reconsider a different location.

This is a review for the website itself. Since they updated the new layout, it has glitches. One for example will delete your cart if the website has to change the home store, so you have to start over. Second it will not allow you to select a delivery date, so you will have to call the store to place an order which is very inconvenient when you have to place it online due to your work schedule. The old interface was better.

Nothing bundt cakes in McKinney appreciates military veterans every day! They gave away free individual bundt cakes on veterans day. You don't have to be on their email list in McKinney to get the discount either. Every day, you can buy one get one free with a military id in McKinney. The location in Allen only gives ten percent discount. They also require you to be on their email list to get a buy one get one free for veterans ONLY on veterans day. The Allen location doesn't seem to be too patriotic to veterans. The McKinney location knows how to appreciate veterans. Thank you again to the McKinney location for being patriotic and appreciating veterans fighting for the freedom we enjoy in our country!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced from this location. I’m not sure if they changed ownership or what the issue is however the past two times I’ve delt with this location the customer service has not been pleasant.The first time I just assumed it was a bad day and brushed it off but after today I will not be wasting my time and money at this location. I live in Oklahoma and have been ordering cakes here for the past 4 years. I explained to the manager that I was placing an online order for a cake and two dozen minis, however I needed 26, so was there anyway I could buy just two extra as this is for my daughters school bday party. He said No it was against company policy and they didn’t have anything to put them in if they sold them to me, have a good day…..I’m sure that is company policy however if I was the manager at that location and somebody was driving and had been several years now an hour to my location as well as about to spend over $150 at my store I’d be more than happy to walk two extras out the door as I’m sure their employees get to help themselves to a mini here and there.Needless to say I was incredibly disappointed of how this issues was handled, I canceled my order and will not be going to that location again. It’s a shame as the staff used to be very friendly, less corporate and more mature.

Yummy cakes for special occasions. They have so many flavors that it’s so difficult to choose one. Best part is that they have a gift section too. In case you forget to buy a gift for your friend, you can grab one from this place along with cake. Also, if your birthday is approaching, don’t forget to grab a freebie that is a small Bundt cake of your choice from this place. All you need to do is sign up on their website.

Their cakes were very dry! I could tell by looking at them when I opened the box. The fact that they went up from $18 to $28, which is no big deal, but at least make it worth it & don't sell dry cakes. Definitely will be going to another location. I don't mind the drive if it's going to taste better!

Horrible display of customer service. I watched the staff serve a guest at 6:05 PM. Then close the store while I was right there holding my son. They began laughing at me holding my kid and hide. Even if the store is closed you don’t laugh in front customers faces and then go hide in. Worse display of maturity.

Love these little cakes but for some reason the last few times we have gotten them from this location they’ve been extremely dry. The 1 star review is because we attempted to call and bring it to their attention both times and all that was said was “oh I’m sorry” the one off 380 is much better. Only downside is it’s a further drive.After reading these other reviews, doesn’t surprise me that the only response given was what it was.
