The nastiest PF CHANG'S I've ever had. A waste of my $50! Both of the appetizers were stale and had obviously been sitting out for hours. The entre along with the appetizers had NO flavor I had to season my food at home. The menu states the ribs are seasoned with a dry rub...where? Done. I wish I could give 0 stars. I couldn't finish the whatever it was because it wasn't food.

I'm not happy at all. I ordered a lot while being in the hospital after giving birth. I wanted something different for dinner. So I ordered a couple appetizers and 2 entrees for my husband. The green beans were soggy. There we no holes in the container to keep moisture out. I called and was very nice. Asked to speak with the manager he was apparently cooking. And didn't come to the phone. The young lady who answered the phone advised he told her to tell me he would only remake it. Sir I just gave birth I'm not coming back. Refund me my money for this soggy dish. And I asked for follow up call still haven't gotten that call.

They're online ordering definitely has room for improvement. Really frustrating to drive all the way over only to find out that the order didn't process. Then, being told it will be brought out to the car, only to find out after 30 minutes that they forgot and just let it sit and cool down.

As an Asian I can tell the difference between real and fake Asian food and honestly I’m very disappointed the food tastes like plastic the wait time took so long and it’s very overpriced for two meals. I honestly think you’re better off driving to Allen because they have a lot of competition in waters creek therefore they have to get good reviews and good food but the McKinney P.F. Chang’s isn’t that good because there isn’t a lot of competition where they are located.

As a person who eats anything I have to say the chow mien might look good but taste like plastic and was just horrible and also the food is soooo overpriced. The service was bad it took so long to get our food and it was so awkward the inside looked very boring not much I expected I recommend (Not eating here).

We need order the same thing from here at least once every 2 weeks. Today we place our usual order and it was very different than what we normally get. We need ordered Kung Pao chicken - there wasn't enough sauce, the chicken wasn't crispy, there wasn't much flavor, there were hardly any peanuts, and what used to be a chicken heavy dish is now primarily vegetables - and mediocre veg at that. There were several carrots cut into large uncooked sticks and huge bits of undercooked broccoli. Not what we are used to from this restaurant...very disappointed.

Ok. Kung pao chicken should not be breaded, or sweetened. That's what I received. I got very small portions for exorbitant prices. It didn't have a Chinese flavor like peanut oil,sesame oil,ginger,etc. The WORST!! IT was gummy,sweet, and gross. The worst Chinese food I ever had. It wasn't even Chinese food. Avoid PF Change. It's not a Chinese place. My chicken fried rice was also sweet and battered. Here's a helpful hint, Chinese rice should never be sweet and battered. Learn how to make Chinese food. I threw the entire meal for 2 in the trash where it belongs!! Omg!! The worst !!! Look at the picture. That is nowhere NEAR kung Pao chicken

Never again! This place has gone down hill! Food quality-bland, and Portions-small all while prices have significantly increased! Just ordered last night, fruit had mold, Fried rice and Mongolian Beef didn’t fill half the container. Don’t waste your money!

The delivery we received today was absolutely terrible. Six of the eight items we ordered were not freshly prepared. Very obvious they were either cooked earlier in the day, like lunch time, and our order was placed at 4:00pm and delivered at 4:50pm. Extremely disappointed when $100 order shows up cold and inedible. I should have taken pictures to post.

I used to come here all the time. I finally decided to come in today and boy was I shocked. 1. The place was dead and only 2 to go orders. This place us d to be packed. 2. The cashier was in another world. Had to ask me two to three times what I was ordering. Just clueless. He gave me my yo go order and it felt heavy and sure enough it was someone els's order. I went over to him and told him and his response was yours is coming out soon. 15 minutes later finally. Just had no idea what it means to take anything serious. Regardless what you do for a living be there and work and if you don't like what you are doing you have the power to change things. You are doing a disservice to you and everyone around you...
