08/15/22: After contacting Panera numerous times, still nothing. They tell me the "tech team" is still looking into it almost 6 months later, but refuse to have anyone actually contact me.
05/15/22: A month ago I found a defect in the tablets at this location only - the bug is not present at any other Panera I have been too.
