I love going to this Panera, unfortunately trying to reach someone by phone is an absolute abysmal interaction. I wouldn’t even bother to use the number provided. Why have one when it can’t even be used? Another problem I encountered at this location is the absolute disregard at notifying customers that there will be work done on the parking lot. I parked my car near the entrance and whoever the workers were out there completely sprayed my car with paint. They couldn’t even be bothered to let any customers move or even block out the area. Which relates back to my reaching out to Panera regarding this situation. Absolute upsetting situation, I just wished I had gotten a picture of the company that was sent out there.

Well…I have been a loyalty member for years now. I have recently shied away from Panera because of a few less than awesome experiences. But…today was a new day! Tomatoes soup, balsamic chicken greens with grains, and tropical green smoothie. Was the best food I think I have ever tried or had at a Panera! Nina was working the front and was amazing. She is by far, hands down the best staff member I have ever encountered at ANY Panera. The customer interaction sets the tone and she was a good hire. Give her a raise! The only complaint I have was an odd smell in the restaurant. I’m sure the staff can’t even detect that sort of thing after working in the back all day. Just a suggestion to the management to check out drains and ventilation. 😉
