Food is great and my orders are always correct, but it is difficult to get help no matter which way you order and it is often dirty. Pickup orders aren’t put on pickup shelves, and it is extremely inconvenient to spend several minutes trying to get someone’s attention when you are in a hurry.

The sandwiches were amazing, full of protein. The only concern was that a couple of the employees were making weird noises in the back and it was very concerning, I even heard a lady say she thought there were cats in the kitchen.

The food has really gone downhill. My Asian inspired salad was all iceberg with fake looking wontons, barely any sliced almonds and a sad sandwich which was not what I ordered falling over off the plate. It really is sad. I will never eat at Panera again.

Honestly bs that when you do an online order you expect for it to be made that way!!! Wrong. how do you mistake bacon 🥓 for both my sandwiches? One is steak and 2nd was sausage?? i called immediately and ask the reason behind it, said they had items in stock.. and then Aaron hanged up.

Great staff, good coffee. Too bad they lowered the chicken quality and use inflammatory oils in ALL of their dressings and sauces. Iceberg lettuce is not food.

I have gone to this Panera since it first opened years ago and the service continues to disappoint. They can't get orders right and the place doesn't seem clean. I'll continue to visit Panera, but have lowered my expectations. If you get take out, be sure to double check your order so you don't get home and find you're missing a bagel or bagette.
