My husband and I first came to this location in the second last week of September. That day, our sandwiches were prepared by McKenzie, who built awesome sandwiches for me my husband. McKenzie paid close attention to every request on the order. She was also extremely polite and good-natured. In response to my request, she also cleaned the counter and changed her gloves prior to constructing our sandwiches. Due to McKenzie’s outstandingly amazing interaction with us and the specific care with which she constructed our sandwiches, my husband and I returned to this location 4 more times. Unfortunately, all subsequent visits were average/below average. We did not get to see McKenzie again. Each time something was either missing from our sandwiches or was minimally present. The last time we were there, the lady at the register was rude, untrained, and unable to take the order correctly; instead of apologizing for her inability to do so, she was harsh. After a while, we realized that we had been overcharged; then the General Manager/ franchise owner came to our table but did not apologize. Instead, in a matter of fact voice, he told us that it was a very small amount and told us to get something sweet. When we declined, in a sour voice he said that he would just return the overcharged dollar amount. After that, we just did not feel like returning to this location - incomplete sandwiches coupled with poor overall customer service from some of the staff and the management. We’d rather drive to a different Panera location. Of course, McKenzie was exceptionally outstanding.

Hadn’t been to Panera for a while and since it was my birthday week, I went to get my free pastry. I bought food for my entire family and then when we got home they hadn’t put my pastry inside. I even went to the Panera website to file a complaint and I was never contacted. Terrible. I may not go to Panera again for a long long time. It’s a matter of principle!

so i placed an order today for pickup at this panera location and i had ordered a bagel macaron and cinnamon roll..mind you i had asked for it toasted and would have assumed anyone with common sense would wait to toast it so its not hard and cold when i got it??not only that the bagel was just thrown in my bag not even wrapped..disgusting and my macaron and cinamon roll were just thrown in a box together not even placed nicely and my cinamon roll was hard and cold..to go out of my way to drive to this establishment to get shit food is crazy

So I went through the drive through and there was the general assistant manager helping me ( name: Mohammad). I placed my order through the drive through, he then proceeded to tell me to park in spot 1, and would bring my order out. I proceeded to wait in my car over 15 min and no one brought my order out. I then called the store and asked that’s same manager where the hek is my order I am waiting outside. He said they were busy inside the store.. and to continue waiting outside… I was LIVID when he said that.. and said he would bring it out when he could. That’s when I about lost it. And told him. What the hell I have been waiting outside forever!!!! N then he proceeded to bring my order out 10 min after that phone call. and was walking the speed of a snail to my car in parking spot 1. I said hurry and give me my dam food so I can go. And he proceeded to say he would give me a free meal next time. As if there even would be a next time at this location!!!!

Tonight there was a misunderstanding with another customers order and our wasn't made as a result.
We got there and the manager explained why our food wasn't ready and apologized, made it fresh, gave us two free drinks and some cookies.
Wasn't necessary but it was a nice gesture. Good was good and the manager's genorocity was great.
