Papa Johns Pizza

The pizza was really spectacular but the guy's service was bad, he was in a bad mood and his treatment left a lot to be desired, I asked for napkins and they didn't have them at the moment, place is takeout only

We ordered the works pizza with banana peppers, bacon, and spinach added and only got what we added not the works AND we also ordered wings and both ranch packets were open...really disappointed we spent almost 80 bucks for some half ass bs

I will never order from this chain again. We ordered a pizza on New Years Eve through Uber Eats. We asked for a large NY Style with meatballs and sausage, cooked well done. What we received was a disaster.
They just threw whole meatballs on the pizza...not sliced or anything. Second, we asked the pizza to be cooked well done. It was barely cooked! The cheese was barely melted and the toppings just fell off. We decided to throw it in our oven and actually get it cooked. As the slices in the oven were cooking, my brother was preparing the other slices to go in when he found hairs on one of the slices. Absolutely disgusting.
We ended up throwing the whole thing away. It was complete loss of time and money.

We will never be ordering from Papa John's again.

Customer service needs work. HORRIBLE! 3-4 Employees and managers standing in just talking up a storm. Manager clocks in an employee and goes back to talking like I’m invisible and they don’t see me waiting to pick up my carry out. Last time visiting this place. It’s ridiculous. I stood at the counter for 5 mins. Take a guess who gave me my food the employee that clocked in.

My son’s 11 year old birthday party was ruined by this horribly run store.

We have 13 boys staring at us starving to death because this store botched our order.

They messed up our preorder that we confirmed with the manager. And after it didn’t arrive on time we call the store it was set for the wrong date.

They tried to rush the order out to us because now they were an hour past the time the food was supposed to arrive.

Then we get a call from the delivery driver and he’s at the wrong address.

We call the store and without apologizing they said well your address is actually 3 miles outside of our delivery area and canceled the order.

So now we have to explain to 13 sets of parents why their kids only get cake and no dinner at our party….

I ordered a large epic stuffed pizza with half-and-half toppings. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the box at the store. When I got home, I discovered it wasn’t split evenly—one side had 5 slices, and the other had 3. Try explaining to your kids why they’re not getting an even number of slices!

When I called the store, I was told I’d have to drive back to get it fixed. That’s incredibly inconvenient, especially since the store isn’t close by. This experience has been frustrating, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

This place is unbelievable I called them after ordering a pizza and waiting 45 mins they said just wait it’s coming call back 20 mins later says it’s been stolen nah ur guy is illiterate and don’t know how to read 1208 thanks for nothing I used to come here all the time not any more

Decent gluten-free crust, toppings were great. The pizza was fresh and hot. Parmesean garlic sauce is delicious

Really sad this place has some bad reviews because THE PIZZA IS BOMB! never had any issues!! They always get my order perfect and right! My one year old who’s picky loves their pizza as well. I will never cheat on papa John’s ?

This is my local Papa Johns and they rarely miss! I can count on them to get my order ready fast and not lose any quality. The staff is always attentive and the deals can’t be beat!

If you want to call and place an order with a call center who by the way doesn't directly work for papa johns then this is where you go. Half the time they can't even answer certain questions or do not give accurate information. Additionally I highly recommend only doing pick up. Unless you want to wait forever. Your pizza Will likely just sit there at the store getting cold while they wait for a door dasher to get there (no telling when) because they don't have any delivery drivers. At least that's my experience.

I ordered pizza via phone to pay via check like google said is an accepted form of payment and then i ended up having to wait a little over an hour for it to arrive and then I called several minutes after the time it was supposed to arrive to be told that they only had one driver and that they had just left 4 minutes prior to me calling and that they had to switch it to door dash to get a driver which resulted in me not being able to pay via check. That was going to be my first meal of the day as I was extremely busy today. And now theres a door dash driver that is now enjoying my meal because I couldnt pay by my preferred method and was NEVER contacted about a driver shortage or the switch to a door dash driver. I like papa johns and have not eaten it for about a year and wanted to eat it again and this experience has me disappointed.
