Papa Johns Pizza

Terrible, the closing store worker threw my pizza out, he literally waited on me to pull up to tell me he threw my pizza away! Very unprofessional very rude would never ever come back here or reccomend this store to anybody!

My heart is completely broken right now. I have a whole video of what was done to me and I’m contemplating whether I should post it or not I was born and raised in this country. I wasn’t Christmas carols all holiday long but it always comes down to a lady hating you because your Muslim And it breaks my heart to even admit it because I’ve never known anywhere else at home but here this lady is such a bad person The fact I walked in there and they were talking bad about me that I had forgotten on pizza before and there And I’ve never demanded anything We get pizza once a week when we’re watching Netflix and just the way that I was humiliated hurts my heart the way I was accused of leaving my pizza boxes inside there. Why would I be ordering to go? Or why would I be staying inside of Papa John’s and eating and leaving my trash up there? When I asked her why she was accusing me she said it’s not an accusation of his true and other employee there was no better than her. And I know in the moment I have the video where he’s just looking at Her Again again and again like she’s in the wrong but I know when push comes to show they will all be on the same side, but I’m so glad that I have the video. When I asked her if I had disrespected her or I if I had cursed to get that response, she said no you didn’t but I don’t wanna make you pizza anymore. Take your clean cut Pizza. and leave goodbye and at this point, she knew I was recording, although I wasn’t trying to be obnoxious my point of recording was to share it with a business, but at this point someone like this should not be in a position like that such a narcissistic behavior to hurt people someone that’s not OK in the head that’s discriminating people should not be in any position to have control, they ruin the world and they take away happiness. This is where my sister used to get pizza from for the past four years and now she’s gone so whenever we go get pizza from here, it makes me feel closer to her. I’m such a soft hearted person that nothing can fix this for me! Brittany should be fired. I don’t understand if there’s so many years of complaints why she still works there! Why is this company neglecting the fact that this person is so rude to the customers like I don’t get it why is there such a neglect?

The service is horrible and there’s a manager named Britney that is very rude. Seems like she has internal issues. I’m not a doctor so maybe I should’ve jumped to that but very rude. I don’t know who hired her as the manager.

I ordered a large pizza at 4:45 pm to be delivered at 6 pm as my grandchildren are here to decorate the Christmas tree! We were so excited for the evening! I received a message saying the pizza was sent to DoorDash and would not arrive until 7 pm. I called Papa John’s and spoke with the manager, Brittany. She was extremely RUDE and said “”You are not the only customer we have”. Customer service is TERRIBLE at this location. Why is this person a manager? Where I work, customer service is very important. Obviously it is not to Brittany. We will NOT be ordering from Papa John’s again. Her higher up manager should probably take this into account as business will be lost!😡

Im editing what used to be a 1 star review to 5 stars. Ever since Brittany has been running this store ive been very satisfied she goes above and beyond all the time for us and I couldnt be more pleased.

We’ve tried getting pizza from here maybe 5 times and each time the pizza is raw and arrives barely warm. We’ve even tried getting it “well done” for it to arrive slimy, sloppy, and limp.

I’m a loyal customer to this Papa John’s location. It is the closest to my home but I never had a negative experience. Last night I placed a big order online w/ a discount included. When I went to pick it up and pay at the counter for some reason my discount code wasnt accepted! I was so disappointed and struggled to realize what happened. Steven was the kind associate at the register. He went out of his way to honor my discount code which made me very happy and relieved. I remain a loyal customer . They have some real good folks who care for their customers at the Virginia Pkwy location. Thanks!

There was a time I bought pizza from this location multiple times a week; they had great drivers and good pizza. Unfortunately, now their pizza is delivered cold by DoorDash, with typically a long wait, and something is generally forgotten. Not sure how they’ll turn this around.

First, I wanna say. The manager has great customer service and is very kind. My husband and I just had a pizza delivered and the delivery driver Jameel asked where his tip was very aggressively when I opened the door. I told him my husband tips on the app and he even wouldn’t let me talk before he walked off!

I have ordered from this papa johns many times and the service was always great except for tonight. We tried the hot lemon pepper but didn't look anything like that. I called ask for manager she wouldn't get on the phone..kept talking through someone else. Then asked that when the driver bring the new batch to give him the old ones that is quite unsanitary. How d o I know that these wings were really fresh. Didn't know that it wasn't a dry rub till the driver brought the 2nd batch back he explained more than the manager kudos to him i didn't get his name but the manager who never came to the phone hee name was BRITTANY!. I will find another one even if I have to drive far..couldn't go up there because someone else was using my car.service was not good today at all.

Pizza was made to order and was hot. It tasted good, but it was a bit oily. I wonder if the cheese they use is making it oily.
