If ya have a 3rd party service pickup the food..MAKE SURE THEY HAVE A DELIVERY BAG.. my pizza was luke warmed. The guy didn't carry my pizza n a bag when he came up 2 the door

i ordered pizza tonight and it was paper thin and dry the pizza barely had pizza sauce or cheese and it was not hot also i only live 8 minutes away so the pizza should have been hot still

I ordered via DoorDash and had a great experience. Pizza was cooked properly and toppings were plenty. I don’t see a problem with them charging extra for condiments, it’s frustrating that there are one star reviews because of this. I also ordered chicken wings, which I don’t recommend but, I’ll be back for the pizza!

Pizza is always good, but I have ordered 1 large Pepperoni Pizza for Carryout 4 different times/nights this week and each of these 4 times the total has been different, yet I am ordering the same thing each time. I always bring this to their attention and am always given some BS excuse to shut me up basically. I am not one to ever leave a review but when the same exact order has been $11.XX, $14.XX, $15XX, and now $19.XX on 4 different occasions THIS WEEK, I am not sure if this is “PaPa John’s” or “The Price is Right!!!”

Absolute trash. Felt sick after eating it. Just as other reviews said the service is awful. Staff was just talking to themselves and don’t acknowledge the customer. The quality of ingredients and taste has been noticeably worse. I’m done w/ Papa John’s.

I have been ordering Papa John’s for years they tried to charge me 10 cents per pack for Parmesan cheese and crush red pepper. I wonder why the guy gave me a hand full! The packs would have cost enough to get another pizza. Terrible! Pizza Hut it is from here on out! Won’t see me again at Papa John’s!

4 stars over all and 3 stars on service because this location doesn’t offer the curbside pick up and when I carry out its a hassle to stop here and unload 2 babies to run in and grab a pizza. I tend to drive further to the Prosper location because they have the curbside pick up.
