Horrible experience, called in around 11:30am and set up a pick up like we normally do for Halloween pumpkin pizza, and a few other items. Plans have changed with the kids so we tried to call and move up our pick up time. Couldn’t get through so we went to ask in person or see if it was ready around 5:30pm. We always have complicated pizza orders with super picky people in our house (I’m the worst!). Papa Murphy’s on Hardin *always* gets our order right, and we order about once a week. Michael is absolutely the best, he is always so friendly, and he greets me by name. I could not ask for better pizza and customer service!
