Haven’t written a review in years but I really wanted to show this place some appreciation! I had my order delivered. Got the strawberry shortcake donut and iced white mocha coffee. Both items were wow. The donut is large and not filled but somehow i feel like a filling would have made it too much. It was just right as is. The coffee also surprised me as most places seem to get white mocha wrong. Not here. It was perfectly balanced and you can still taste the coffee and it’s is very good! Really impressed by them as this was my first experience & hoping it’s not my last! Thank yall :)

I bought a mocha coffee to bring my surprise to my taste, since it tasted totally horrible and very different from any mocha, I was really heading to the Starbucks that was on the side of the store, but I wanted to try their coffees, I would not go back. To make that decision, because I am disappointed, I don't know what would happen. My mistake was to have tried it until I got to work since I could not return to comment on it in the store, it took several hours to forget the very concentrated and strange taste of that coffee.

Ordered a dozen to share with our team at work. Ate 2 without knowing one donut has 400~500 calories. Croissant donut with walnut was good. The take out box had sugars, oils cover of the box and it gotten to my clothes, car seat, and I wasn't too happy. Registrars were courteous and polite, who pack those donut? I can't give more than 1 star.

no wait time, very friendly staff, especially the gentleman working the cashier he offered to help me carry the box out! very nice and clean store, the donuts are tasty. dough is fresh and soft, the frosting is definitely sweet - if you have a sweet tooth these donuts are for you. personally i like not too sweet so i would recommend their plain donut. great place overall!

I guess I’m not alone based on the reviews. The breakfast sandwiches were undercooked, and the donuts were literally cold almost as if they had been made the night before. I know this location has potential; we’ve traveled all over and usually enjoy the Parlor donuts. However, the last two visits here have been disappointing. Everything felt off almost like an off-brand experience or just a couple of very off days.
