I discovered Parlor Doughnuts through a Facebook ad for their morning special—a coffee and a doughnut for about $7.50, and it was a fantastic deal. These aren't your average doughnuts; they are thick and fluffy on the inside with a delightful crisp on the outside. They offer an incredible range of gourmet flavors like maple pecan, lemon, and raspberry pistachio. The doughnuts are huge and truly look like works of art, worthy of a gourmet bakery window.
While there's a big corporate coffee shop in the same parking lot, I'd highly recommend Parlor Doughnuts instead—your taste buds will thank you. The coffee was excellent, and my only minor wish is that they would offer a lower-fat milk option, but that's just a personal preference. Overall, a great spot for an amazing doughnut and a quality cup of coffee.

I've only had their vegan donuts and they're the best vegan donuts I've ever tried. Their coffee is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, if you're looking for a nice place and need a vegan option, this is it.

We got a dozen so we could try several flavors. Cronuts are my favorite, and the family has jumped onboard.
We’ve heard the endless hype, so we were all excited… and we were all disappointed.
Perhaps it’s the fact we’ve been eating cronuts forever, but 5 of us felt the same way.
The service was great. The staff was pleasant and upbeat, very engaging.
The location was really cool, and had a welcoming/cute vibe, but desperately needed a deep cleaning. The floors were dirty and a little sticky.
Glad we tried it, but we won’t be back.

I’d been hearing so many good things about Parlor Doughnuts, so I finally decided to give it a try. When I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and the interior was nicely decorated, giving off a cozy, inviting vibe.
It was about 11:30 a.m. when I arrived, and I noticed there weren’t too many doughnuts left on display. I decided to go with the Honey Glazed, Maple Bacon, and Raspberry Pistachio. I had high hopes for the signature layered texture they’re known for, but after trying them, I found the doughnuts a bit on the dry side not quite as light and flaky as I expected.
Flavor wise, the Honey Glazed was best tasting but overall, the flavors felt a bit muted and leaned overly sweet. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t quite live up to the hype for me. I’d give my experience a 3/5 and while it might just have been an off day, I’d be open to trying them again another time to see if it’s different.

To my surprise, the cashier told me I had to pay 50 cents for the extra box. I asked why, since I had already paid for 12 donuts, and she said they lose money if they give boxes away for free.
Honestly, it’s not about the 50 cents — it’s about the principle. I expected better customer service, especially when buying a full dozen. A small gesture like offering a second box shouldn't be a big deal, and it would’ve left a better impression.
The donuts were tasty, but this experience left a negative feeling. Not sure if I’ll be coming back.
I’ve visited this location twice, and both times the donuts were raw and undercooked. They were doughy and lacked the light, layered texture you'd expect. It’s disappointing, especially when the donuts at the Southlake location are amazing.

The donuts are quite good and consistent here! I love the variety and unique flavors. I have also tried the sausage, egg, and fig jam breakfast sandwich, which was great. The lattes are also tasty! Only removing a star due to the floors always being very sticky every time I have been there, from the front of the store to the bathroom floors.

Wow! 🤩 Really enjoyed their donuts! 🍩 They are a croissant 🥐 donut 🍩 hybrid creating a spongy slightly chewy croissant. They decorate the top with your choice of flavors. I got the maple bacon and raspberry pistachio and both were delicious. I also got a London fog latte and it was pretty decent. I honestly like these better than regular donuts. The place is clean and modern with a relaxed atmosphere with music playing.
