Lettuce was brown. Told I had to come in to get a refund. No offer to credit back the cc or mail a gc to me. Not driving 20mins to get $10 back. Contacted them via their contact page and nothing. They asked a follow up question, then went awol.

This location is beyond fantastic when it comes to customer service! I come here often (at least once a week) the staff is always super friendly! Even the cooks say hello when you come in! And on top of that, the food always comes out fresh and delicious. This location is truly A-1

Had lunch midweek. I was craving some orange chicken. I have t been to a Pei Wei in years. Location is just off 75 and El Dorado. Inside it’s a little dated but clean. You order at counter and they bring you your meal. It only took a few minutes as it was petty empty. The orange chicken was tasty. They are known for this dish. Pieces were a little small. The brown rice was ok. It’s nothing special. The overall size for lunch was adequate. They have soy sauce, sriracha, and chili paste available to enhance your meal. Overall, Pei Wei fills a need. It wouldn’t be my go to for Asian food.
