Portion sizes can be a bit larger. The staff at front desk were amazing and helped us to taste the sauce before placing the order. The food was fresh and delicious and we liked everything we ordered.
My only complaint is cleaning of floors can be done after closing the restaurant which makes the experience amazing.

This month is Thanksgiving, and we should be grateful, I am grateful for Pei Wei, I have been a PWA(Pei Wei Addict) since my 1st experience in Fort Worth over 20 years ago. I love the dishes, and they have been consistent with the recipe, taste, and quality of ingredients. Years ago, my company sent me to the European office for a year. When I got back, my 1st food was not hamburger steak or pizza. It was Pei Wei Crispy thai coconut chicken (now Thai coconut curry chicken), and it tasted exactly like I remembered, and I felt I was home. Wherever they have locations, the food is cooked consistently the same and is my comfort food. The staff and service at the Mckinney Tx location scale 1-10 is a 20. They have consistently kept the food, customer service, and atmosphere AWESOME. We’ve been coming to this location for about a decade. And over that span of time the quality of food has had its ups and downs. But our visit tonight was arguably the best we’ve had from any Pei Wei. The food quality and quantity was excellent. The service across the board was friendly and prompt. The changes management has been focusing on show up in the product, and I absolutely recommend anyone to come stop by

I don’t leave reviews much as I understand people have bad days. That being said if you are going to have 3 dollar up charges on rice the customer should be told. I’ve never been given the option until tonight. I chose fried rice which is a 3 dollar up charge. After I paid I asked why it was so much for my meal for one person and I was then told about the charges. 3 dollars for a small drink 3 dollars for rice. When I asked why, I was told “it’s on the menu” and that was it. It is on the menu in small print above all the food where your eyes don’t look. The fact that she was so passive and rolled her eyes when I told her it’s common courtesy to let customers know that even though you get choices one is 3 dollars and the others are free. I would have asked for a refund but the food was already made and given to me. Just poor service

Would never expect that from a chain restaurant but that's exactly what we get every time we're here. This is exactly how the restaurant industry should be and I will be coming here for many years!!!
