We come here often. My daughter (11) asked for some spicy mayo on the California roll and they want to charge $1.00 because it’s not “sushi”. This makes me rethink my patronage to this restaurant….its about principle, my money would be better spent somewhere else.

Each time charges are applied to account there's additional charges that occur and then 5 or more charges foreign exchange rate from a Soleash. After further review on account this has occured before and it always occur same day as visit to Pho Bistro.Card has been compromised another Card has to be ordered. Disappointed with My Recent Experience On Monday, 4/28/2025, I was very disappointed with my visit. I had ordered two pho bowls, but when I arrived at my location (35 minutes away from the restaurant), I discovered that the essential sides—like the bean sprouts and other garnishes that go inside the pho—were missing from the order.
I called the restaurant and spoke with a man named Kim, but unfortunately, he was not very helpful. He simply told me I could come back to pick up the missing items, which wasn't feasible given how far away I was. I asked to speak with a manager, but Kim said there wasn’t one available at the time. Then, we were somehow disconnected, which added to my frustration.
I didn’t try calling back after that. I’ve been a regular customer, coming at least once a week, but after this experience, I probably won’t return. It’s a shame, because I used to really enjoy the food and service here. If I didn't feel like my concerns didn't mattered, I might have felt better. I know mistakes do happen. But the way that I felt from the person on the phone, he didn't really care, made me rethink this, since I'm a regular customer.

The noodles were bland and poorly seasoned, and when I asked for extra pho broth, they gave me just a tiny amount and charged $5 for it. I’m not sure if the person was the owner, but they were unfriendly, frowned the whole time, and didn’t even greet customers when they came in. I really hope a good pho restaurant opens nearby.

Come for the pho, STAY for the sushi. Holy mother. Hawaii Roll, Dragon Lady, Tuna Avocado, and all the tuna sashimi. Best sushi in the area. You wouldn't think it since this is mainly a pho restaurant. The hospitality is unmatched, and you feel welcomed upon arriving. Not sure how this place got only 3.9 stars…
